I'm flawed because that's what my label says.
Hi I'm flawed.
Because that's how I was made to be,
I didn't get a say in how I was brought into this world.
I tumbled and crashed on everyone's heart until I realized.
Hi I'm flawed.
Because that's what my spin shows me.
I have a curve in my beautiful flawed nightmare of a not so right spin.
Hi I'm flawed.
Because I can't stop staring at my blooded claws,
As I face the truth.
Hi I'm flawed.
I'm not perfect but I don't mind.
Hi I am flawed.
I keep my unique self in line.
Hi I am flawed.
Because that's what the world told me to be.
Hi it's been awhile since the last time I called my flaws beautiful,
In fact it's been a long time since I truly looked myself in the mirror and said hello flaws I except you an thank you.
Hi I'm flawed.
And all those words you choose to throw at my face and say think fast,
Well guess what I have.
I thought all day and night the creeping feeling of purity and perfection kept me awake.
Hi I'm flawed.
And I don't need to change to fit your eyes.
Hi I am flawed.
Because without me there wouldn't be a you in the world.
Hi I'm flawed because I now know how to love each and every part of my imperfections.
