"Hey, Key? Derrick's coming over later" Rhyan had snapped her out of it. Kätherine looked at the boys and cocked her head to the right. Puzzled she asked "Who?" Cade looked like he'd been hit upside the head with a frying pan. "Seriously! Coach Hills's son! Ya know from 6th Grade! He was in 8th!" Alex had shouted from across the lunch table spitting his egg-salad filled saliva everywhere. Rhyan added "One of the two boys you liked in 6th grade" Kätherine remembered. Derrick Hills. She didn't like him cause he was cute, or totally ripped - which he was not because once he made the mistake of walking in while she was getting undressed and dressed again after the first practice. She had all her clothes on him...not so much. - he was nice, smart, and well he actually cared about her. Alot more than he should've too. "Oh, cool. So where we meetong him or vice-versa?" she had replied calmly. Cade answered before anyone else could answer "We're meeting at Alex's house. We're planning on showing him the hideout. If thats okay with you clearly?" She had this smile on her face. An evil yet casually calm and collective smile. And her eyes clearly read 'Yes. Do it.'

Later that day they had headed over to Alex's house after practice. Kätherine and Alex's mom made pies, cookies, homemade soda pop from a while back, and pizza with everything they liked on it. Plus, a few vegetarian foods just in case. They had took it to the hideout and she just stood in the middle of the cabin looking at the door like an idiot for an hour and a half. That's when they all walked in. Rhyan, Cade, Alex and Derrick, standing in the exact same poses and line order from when Kätherine had seen them by the end zone in 6th grade. She wanted to start crying because it felt too real and too good to be true. Also, she was still shorter than all of them. Especially Derrick.
