"That felt good," she spoke when her laughter retreated. She was still holding Harry's hand as they walked further away from the church.

"Are you okay?" Harry asks her. He was worried Ivy was just playing it off with laughing to hide how she was really feeling. "You didn't have to do that. I can handle what your mother says to me. Are you sure you don't want to go back?" He asks as he searches Ivy's face, trying to detect what emotions she is feeling but she just smiled at him.

"Yes I am sure. And just cause you can handle it, doesn't mean you should have to. And I shouldn't either! It felt good to say that to my mother."

"In that case," Harry says while returning Ivy's grin, "I am proud of you."

"Me too, " Ivy laughs. "I am just sorry that I made you take a pointless train ride."

"It wasn't pointless. We still have several hours till the next train back home! And that means we have several hours to do whatever we want together."

Ivy smiled at the thought of spending pointless hours with Harry; the endless list of places and memories she could share with him. She wanted to share with him the places where she grew up, her escape when the constant fighting and name calling at her home got too much for her. These were the places that made her happy, and since Harry was the only person who made her happy, she figured these two went hand in hand.

Many adventure filled hours later, Harry and Ivy were sitting on a park bench, enjoying the scenery before them. They sat there, in a comfortable silence, just simply enjoying each other's company.

Ivy was the first to break this silence, "Harry?" She spoke suddenly.

"Hmm?" He hummed in response.

"What does your tattoo mean? The "I can't change?" She'd been curious about this tattoo ever since she saw it the other day, when HArry left her with nothing but a vague answer.

Harry chuckled at this question, also remembering that say at the cafe, He turns to look at her,  "It's a lyric from one of my favorite songs," he explained, "but in a way it's also a reminder kind of, you know? Society is constantly telling us you have to be a certain way, but this kinda just reminds me not to change for anyone. If they don't like how I am, that's their loss. I'm not changing."

Ivy sat there for a few seconds, Harry was starting to get embarassed, he thought maybe she thought it was stupid, but as if Ivy read his mine, she answered.

"That's really nice, Harry, I think it's a great message," she said sincerely.

Harry felt the blush creeping onto his cheeks, "You think?" He spoke, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Yeah," Ivy breathed out, realizing that Harry was very close to her face.

"I'm going to kiss you, Ivy. Is that okay?" Harry asked her, really hoping the answer was yes.

"O-okay," she stuttered. The last time she kissed a boy was when she was in 8th grade, it happened at the ice cream shop her and Harry just previously visited.

She closed her eyes, and a few seconds later she could feel his lips on hers, she still tasted the mint chocolate ice cream he ordered before, this made her smile into the kiss, Harry pulled away, "Why are you smiling?" He asked her.

"I can taste the ice cream you ordered," she giggled.

Harry didn't reply, instead he just chuckled, shaking his head, and leaned in to kiss her again.
