Lost Soul

The night they summoned Brad, he led them to the guest house. In the guest house he had pointed to a picture on the wall. It was a picture of Brad, a bunch of friends including Lorenzo. What happened?Was it an accident? At this point it did not matter. Revenge was the only thing on Celestine's mind. It did not matter how or why, just that it did and someone was going to pay.

Brad take us to the shadow land, take your sister with you to where this happened. Gauge said I will stay here grounded to you, Celestine that way you will come back safely. With the spell in tack and Brad there all they needed was to chant a few words " lopua senfen omita" and Celeste was in the shadow land by her self. Brad had vanished. She called his name but he never answered her.

As far as she could tell she was in a forest but she could see a street light up ahead. It clicked in her mind at once, she was not in a forest but in the park. She kept walking, it was an awful scary place to be when you walked in the shadow's. She could hear creepy animal sounds and that she was okay with but the dark man that was following her was the worst. He was darker then the night and he was stalking her like she was prey. She started running, running toward the street light.

When she reached the light she felt a little safer, but she could see the dark man pacing back and forth. She yelled for Brad.

There he was making out with some girl on the bleachers, he looked drunk. She heard the girl tell him that he could not drive home like that. Brad pushed her off him and told her she could walk and got up to leave, but the girl had his keys in her hand." Walk it off "she said. They struggled over the keys and she fell backwards and smacked her head on the ground. She looked like she was out cold. Brad checked her pulse." Oh Thank God" he said. She started to come to and he helped her up. "you son of a bitch" you pushed me. "It was an accident" he said, "look if you don't tell any one because my dad will kill me if I have another run in with the law, I will give you what ever you want."

"Can I drive home?" she said.
"Yea lets go". Brad mumbled
She got in first and Brad went to open the door and she floored it... She left him standing there. "Bitch," Celestine said out loud and Brad turned around like he heard it.

Celestine started feeling the dark man coming closer to her, she could hear it smelling the air. She could also feel Gauge trying to pull her out, time worked differently in the shadow land, she had no idea how long she had been there. I need a little longer she said out loud.

Brad started walking home drunk and swearing up a storm, apparently his cell phone was dead because he tried to use it and than put it in his back pocket. Celestine was so close to her brother that she could touch him if she wanted. They walked side by side for what seems like forever and they got about a mile away from there house when a swerving black car came around the corner doing 80 MPH at least. Brad seen it coming and put his hand out,:Torads Sela, a bright yellow light shot from his hand but it only lessened the blow. Brad went over the front of the car and landed in the ditch on the side of the road. The light from he spell made it difficult to see the driver. They car was black.

All of a sudden she felt a huge pull and her body went numb.

Celestine was back at the guest house with Gauge, and she was fuming.

"What the hell Gauge?"  "I was so close. I just needed a few more minutes."

 "Celeste... You have been gone for 4 hours." Gauge shouted

"No no!" she said" Let me go back please." 

 "I can't" he said. I am drained it took everything I had to keep you there for the last couple of minutes.

Celeste looked at him and he looked exhausted, pale and like he might throw up. Celeste hugged her cousin. I'm sorry. No more tonight. Let's get you to bed. I will bring you up something to eat. She walked, half carried him to his room and laid him down.
Tomorrow he said. We will try again tomorrow.

Just rest now, Celeste said.
She walked down the stairs to get Gauge something to eat, she was starving too. She grabbed some sandwich meat and then it hit her, she seen the car, she seen the black car. A black Altima.
The only person she knew who has a black Altima was Lorenzo Mancuso.
Celeste from that moment forward was dead set on making sure it was Lorenzo and that he paid with his life.
She was way to excited and angry to eat now. She just wanted to run right to her dad and tell him but she could not tell him how she knew this. He would be upset. She was not allowed to such magic. Such black magic out in the open.
She finally got her self together, she made Gauge a sandwich and walked up the stairs. She quickly knocked on her cousins door and opened it. Gauge here I made you a sandwich but he was already asleep.
She was exhausted too, she left the sandwich on the night stand and went to her room. Lorenzo, she whispered and fell asleep.

After Celeste filled Gauge in on all she had seen and figured out, they started working on a plan. First: find that girl who has Brad's car and destroy her, Gauge talked Celeste into just doing a spell to lose her hair, she did not need to actually die. Second: Get Lorenzo to admit what he did and torture him, they would be doing the witching culture a world of good, his meddlesome mother got exactly what she deserved, and so will Lorenzo.  Celeste knew in the Mancuso family, it was only the girls who received the curse
The service was going to be in two days followed by the funeral the next day. Celeste was brewing up a plan. Any one can be cold and heartless but she was evil. She knew what she was, a dark soul. She was perfectly fine with that.
She had to have Gauge put her in a trance so she could see the girl's face who was with Brad that night. It took him about 5 minutes to get the all that he could about the girl. When he pulled Celeste out of the trance, he told her what she said she seen. A blonde girl who was extremely thin and wearing a blue and white jacket, cougar colors. A cheerleader from Hillside high school. Megan or some slutty ass name
A booty call for any one who would give her the time of day. Trailer trash.
Let's take a ride cousin, Celeste said. He grabbed his keys and they drove to the end of town to a small trailer park.
Uughh I already feel like I got hepatitis just from driving in this place, Gauge said as he laughed.

There stop!" There is Brad's car. Pull in right behind it" she screamed at Gauge. Call the cops, in about 10 minutes. I'm going in to have a chat with Megan.

Celestine knocked on the door which looked like it would fall down if she knocked any harder. Hello?? Someone home? No Answer .
She let herself in, eww what's that smell. Gross pizza boxes, beer bottles and bongs scattered everywhere. "Lucky bitch" Celeste said and walked out. No one home she yelled to Gauge.

"Gauge call the cops", Celestine said "and just don't say who you are, just report a stolen car in the trailer park, let's get the hell out of here".
We can do a locating spell with this nasty hair I pulled out of a brush.
"Hope it's hers "Gauge laughdone"I would hate to put a spell on some  crack head who lives there. Celeste laughed. "I grabbed a picture of her as well" Celeste said "just in case more damage needs to be done."
