Elsewhere, Lana, a young adult, receives a text from Lena, her mom, who is in Singapore and is on her way to the Manila Airport that says
"Na, I'll be there at terminal 5 mga 8 am sa umaga. Use my Vitara the keys are in the drawer. Ingat sa pag-drive, ha. love you, nak."
Lana preps herself as she cooks food and takes a bath. On the way down, she uses Lena's Vitara going to the airport.
At the airport, Darren buys an English-Tagalog Dictionary
At his back we see Lana bumped a sassy woman that dropped her luggage by accident as Darren tries to help the woman carry her luggage but Lana carries them instead.
"Uhh, hello. Watch where you are going!"
"Sori po. Hindi ko na sinasadya."
At this point Darren has no idea what the woman and Lana are talking about. So he steps back
"Ganoon ba? Alam mo ba kung gaano ka mahal ang nasira mo?" The woman says
"Excuse me! Aksidente lang yan, hindi ko naman sinasadya, eh" Lana replies
" Te, are you expecting me to buy another bag?"
"No!" then the security guards come in close. "Ma'am may problema ba?"
The lady responded "Yes, meron, this girl right here was jealous that she dropped my luggages by purpose"
The guard then asks Lana "Totoo ba 'yan, miss?"
"Po? Hindi. Hindi po, Aksidente lang po 'yan, eh"
Darren at a distance knew the whole situation as he feels pity for Lana. He rushes to the security. He then pretends he knows Lana. Darren then shouts from afar.
"Hey Anna!" The security then stops as Darren reaches and holds Lana's hand.
Lana was shocked
The guard asks "Kilala mo ba 'tong babae?"
Darren replies "Yes, I do sir." He turns to Lana "where were you? I was waiting at the departure area, but you weren't there." Darren winks at Lana showing her that he is playing a hunch.
Lana then pretends "Uhmm, I was having a hard time parking the car"
The woman asks Darren "So is she your driver?"
The others look at the woman in silence. The woman adds "Just asking"
Darren puts his arms around Lana's shoulder "Sir, you made a very serious mistake. You see my GIRLFRIEND here bumped to this woman by accident."
The guard then asks "Sigurado ka?"
Darren seems he doesn't understand the guard's question
"Kasi nandoon sya" Lana adds
The woman asks "Excuse me for asking pero, how can we trust you that she is your girlfriend?"
Both Darren and Lana are speechless
The guards pointed out "Ma'am, bagay po sila"
One of the guards release Lana and the woman runs out of question as she rages that she will carry her bags herself"
"Sorry po, sir" The guard apologizes
"Your welcome" Darren replies
The guards then look at each other in confusion of Darren's response.
"Sige po, ma'am. Ingat ho kayo."
"Salamat"
Darren and Lana look at each other
"Don't you understand our language?" says Lana
Darren puts himself in silence
Lana's phone rings and reveals that Lena is on the phone. Lena says...
" Nak, I cannot go home today. I'm very sorry. It turns out na my boss' daughter injured yung knee niya tapos dinala sya sa hospital ngayon. My boss wanted me and my colleagues to handle his project instead. I'll be home when I call you next time"
"Okay ma. Ingat po kayo, ha. I love you"
"I love you too, baby 'Na"
"Bye"
Lana sees Darren just standing looking at the food courts then she approaches him
"Have you eaten?"
"Not yet. Do you have other restaurants than these here. Can you take me there?"
" Come, I know one place."
