(Sniff) "Sh...sh...she's gone...m....my l...love is...g...gone!" Chat Noir moaned as he held the piece of paper to his chest.
"I....she....but....i....i didn't s.....say good....goodbye." Chat struggled to get up off the ground as it started to pour down. Chat Noir stood up and made his way home. Everything now seemed to be miserable, the sky was a dark and mysterious grey, no one was outside. It was strange without Marinette.
Chat was so devastated about Marinette leaving that he slipped on a roof tile and fell to the ground dropping his staff. As he sat up on his knees to try and find it, he thought What's the point? Marinette is gone and there is nothing else for me here.
As Chat started to ball his eyes out, his golden hair getting soaked, suddenly, it stopped raining. Chat looked up through his misty eyes and found himself under an umbrella?
"Are you OK Chat Noir? Its pretty cold out side and wet?" He heard a girl speaking to him. Chat slowly stood up whipping the tears away and turned to face the little girl helping him.
"Yes thank you, im fine. You should get inside before you catch a cold." The girl looked at Chat with curious eyes, then walked away and handed Chat his staff. That little girl reminded Chat of Marinette and how kind and loving she was.
As Chat decided to just walk home in the pouring rain, he couldn't stop thinking of how scared to tell Marinette that he loved her. Chat pulled out the letter and read the last bit over and over again....

" She....she loved me too! And now im too late to tell her i feel the same way! Ahhhh why did i not see it!" Chat said angry with himself.
"I'm such a fool." Chat muttered as he climbed in through his bedroom window that night. He detransformed and went to bed.
"P.....Plagg? I....I'm all alone n...now." Adrien fell asleep crying that night dreaming of his one true love, Marinette.
