Things aren't valued by a price tag
They valued by the meaning you attach to them
Can you tell me how much my smile is worth
Tears shed, can anybody pay for thatLately I've met too many girls whom
Eye to eye, she told me she was rejected by her dad
Can anybody pay that debt
Because how much is a life with a good dad worthShe had life in her, which was yet to take a breath
She just got a miscarriage
Yet to take a breath, how much is a baby worthI said i love her, she gave me a stare
Said she loved me back
The first time she said that in years
You can't buy those words, i'd buy 1000 of the same sentences, no matter what the worthDad bought her a teddy bear
Tucked her in
And kiss her on her bold forehead
Somebody took him away, now every thread of her grown hair, is the many times a thought of back thenShe got heavy lung, diagnosed with cancer
But she leaving something behind
They cut the embilical cord in half, mom dies, babe cries
Where is the worth in that, when as a husband and dad I would have rather died insteadThings aren't valued by the price tag
They valued by the meaning you attach to them
I have nothing yet
To me, you already mean half the world
