You and Dylan were sitting on the couch together. You in his arms, totally chilled out, watching your favourite movie and with no stress at all. Two drinks were standing on the table, one glass was blueish and the other was greenish. The glasses were filled with water. Your gaze went from the television screen to one of the glasses when you noticed the water moving. The water was vibrating, and you had absolutely no clue as in how that could possibly happen.

The table started vibrating softly as well and you tensed up a bit, the moment of relaxation being completely gone in seconds. You sat up straight as did Dylan when the floor vibrated as well. The two of you paused the movie and looked at each other. Your face carrying a worried expression, Dylans face being comforting but alert.

The ground shook more and you took your knees to your face. 'What's happening?' you asked with a scared tone. Dylan rested his hand on your knee, 'I don't know, but keep calm' he said calming. He checked his phone and then even his face was taken over by a worried look.

'Come on we have to move' he suddenly said after checking his phone. He took your hand and stood up. 'Put on shoes' he half ordered and put on his own. 'What's happening?' you asked again and Dylan sighed. 'It's an earthquake' he says softly and took your hand. 'No stress okay, I'm with you' he said softly and took your jackets. The both of you put them on and Dylan opened the door to get outside.

'How long do we have?' you said suddenly standing still. 'Not long, why?' Dylan answered, aware of your intentions. 'I have to' you said shaking your head a bit and ran back into the house. The walls were shaking at this point and everywhere you went seemed unsafe. You found your phone, and the pictures you were looking for and ran back.

You heard a crack behind you and turned your head a little to see that the side lamp was about to fall down from the bright white wall. This only made the fear inside you grow bigger and you ran as fast as you could. Dylan was waiting for you at the exact same spot where you left him to go and find the pictures.

He spotted you and reached out his hand for you to hold. You took it and held it tight, and then the two of you walked out together. There were people everywhere, most of them scared and totally stressed out, but also some completely the opposite. 'Where do we go?' you asked, secretly very scared, but not showing it.

'We find a safe place' Dylan stated and pulled you along with him, walking in the left direction. You walked beside him silently when he suddenly speeded his pace up and almost started running. 'My mom and dads house has a hiding basement' he mumbled and kept running. You ran along side of him and felt the ground shake beneath your feet.

The fear was only growing more and more, the only thing that kept you from not freaking out was the fact that Dylan was holding your hand tight. You were almost at the destination when a little barn on your right side couldn't take the vibrations of the floor anymore and crumbled down into one heap of wood.

This only made you run faster, and now it was your turn to pull Dylan along side you. You arrived at Dylans mom and dads house and got it. Which was perfectly dangerous at that time. Every wall was shaking and you didn't have much time left to get yourselves into safety.

You ran in front of Dylan, but then you realised you didn't even know where to go. You let him go first and ran behind him. The two of you went through the back door and walked to the last part of the garden. Dylan knocked on a black, almost invisible door in the ground. 'Mom! Dad! It's Dylan! Let us in!' he yelled, and kept knocking on the door.

Seconds later the door was lifted up and Dylans dad appeared in sight. 'Get in quick' he murmered. A loud bang was heard and when you looked around you saw that several stone parts of the house were falling down. The ground beneath your feet was shaking like it was going to burst any moment.

Dylan got inside of the hiding placed after some struggle and you were up to get in after him. Branches of trees above your head had started falling down and just as you were half way into the basement one of the branches hit your head and your vision became black.

You felt your heart beating in your chest, it was like it was the only sound on earth right now. Your vision was still black and nothing was happening except your heart which was beating loudly. It took a moment before you realised and remembered what just happened. You opened your eyes and Dylans beautiful eyes were staring right into yours.

'Damn you scared me' he sighed in relief and lifted you to sit up straight. 'How is everything outside going?' you asked wondering. But you didn't need a spoken answer, since the walls around you were shaking and all of your bodies shook along. 'We hope it's over soon' Dylan says. 'But there's nothing to worry about' he says and pauses for a moment. He wraps his arms around you and hugs you tight.

'I'm here and we're safe'
