Morning Tea

You were like the season creeping up on me

Before my eyes you were changing colors

And your way with words fluttered

My heart,

Like dandelions in the Spring.

Your soft whisper

Was like the wind howling in my ears.

I could feel the wolve's paws gently prancing

Inside of me,

It's woolly tail tickling every corner

Inside of me.

The way you caress my skin

Felt like snowflakes kissing my body.

You were like the morning sun

Awakening and eliminating

The midnight mare that chased me through a stormy night.

Your touch was warm,

And refreshing like a cup of Jasmine tea.

Your smell lingered inside of me;

And I was craving you

Like a child eager for desert

I wanted your taste on the tip of my tongue.

It felt as if I was falling from the sky

Through the silver clouds,

Gliding across the sunset that screamed with the passionate colors of red

I was soaring,

Like a mystified horse stunned by the wings Zeus gifted him,

He skyrocketed;

And as was I,

The air suffocating me.

But it felt..

..Breathtaking.

Flying,

I was breathing in the

Intoxication that was poisoning my mind;

Contaminating my thoughts.

But my heart has been infatuated..

By the way you conquer light with just your eyes,

The way they sparkled and glimmered

Every time you batted your eyes;

They were captivating..

Alluring,

This fragile girl into your soft mitten hands

Covered in snowflakes,

Your heart engraved upon me like a tattoo.

Your whisper is like the wind howling in my ears,

Fairies are painting my cheeks red

While wolves are prancing on my heart.

As you swept in for a kiss,

I was fluttering inside,

Your lips tasting like Polar Ice,

And your scent was an aroma

Of the Sunday morning tea I enjoyed the most.
