Run, Run, don't think of anything except running. I feel the slowing of johnny threw our intertwined hands,
"Johnny you can't slow down now they will catch up!" I yell at him. He speeds up even more than before. I have to hurry to catch up with him.
"There we can hide there!" He points to a old shed in the distance. "We almost made it Voni!! Come on you can do it." He keeps saying, over and over. As soon as we get within about 50 ft. of the shed I feel a powerful pull from something/someone in the shed. It is something I haven't felt in 13 years, I can't remember what it is I just know I have felt it before.
We Burst threw the doors and I hear a buzzing in my ears like a little bee. I look around, nothings here just an empty shed. "Do you hear that?" I ask Johnny.
He looks at me with a worried look, "We have to hide they will find us in here. And I don't hear anything." I shush him so I can listen,
"We are safe in here they can't get in. I can feel it. We are safe here. But something or someone is here. I can feel their presence." Just as I say that I hear a light giggle of a girl. She steps threw a door that I didn't notice in the back.
"I knew you would be here soon. I have been waiting for ya'll for a while now, I was about to loose hope." She says with a smile. I look at her with a curious look. She is short, Blondie, with amber eyes. Her smile grows and I can feel her power showing threw even tho she is trying to hide it.
"Yes, I can sense your power to so don't try to hide yours its not going to work." She tells me. I see her smile.
"You're the same as Vonika, aren't you? You have those powers to don't you." Johnny asks her while taking a step closer to her.
"Yes, she has the same powers as me, but not all of them and she has some that I don't have." I can't take my eyes off her. I have never meet anyone like me before. She smiles a knowing smile and nods.

"Voni, Voni wake up!" Johnny yells at me and hits me with a pillow again. I grunt and roll over, he laughs and jumps on my bed. "WAKE UP VONIKA! I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU!!"
"Johnny if you don't get off me i'm gonna beat your head into the bars again." He gasps at the memory of that pain. He jumps off the bed but doesn't stop hitting me with that damn pillow. I grunt and sit up. he jumps in my lap and says "See! was that so hard Miss Grumpy Pants." He gives me that smile that makes me laugh.
"Why is my best friend someone who is a complete airhead and doesn't know what a personal bubble is!" I climb out of bed and stretch.
He jumps up and picks me up. "What is this thing you call a personal bubble! I have never heard of those words in my life." He says as he puts me down on my feet.
"You're a bastard!" I yell at him and chase him around the room. We run around and hit each other till he collapses on my bed. I laugh and lay next to him.
After we catch our breath I say. "So I thought you wanted to tell me something?" I tease him about his forgetfulness.
He rolls over on his side and i do the same so we are facing each other. I give him a reassuring smile and he sighs.
"Voni, I promised you that I would tell you everything and I plan on keeping that promise till the day I die." He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.
"J-J just tell me I won't get mad or anything you know that." I reassure him.
"He wants me to kill you today." he is looking up at the celling right now.
"W-w-w-what! Johnny don't mess with me you know I'm not good with jokes like this so don't joke around with me like this." I grab his hand so he will look at me. There is only sadness in his eyes no humor what so ever.
I jump up "Johnny you can't kill me! Why would he want you to kill me!" I'm in a panic. He gets up and walks over to me. I don't know I am crying until he wipes away the tears from my cheek. He cups my face in his hand and I close my eyes "Please, Johnny I don't want to die. I want to stay with you. Your my best friend. I don't want to be without you." i beg,
"I have no intention in killing you that's what I'm trying to tell you. Your my best friend but I have more feelings for you then that, I love you with all my heart. I will never let him hurt you. OK, I promise you that." He kisses me, I am so shocked. I have felt more for him sense the day I met him, but i never thought he could ever love me back. The kiss is warm and welcoming.
After I break apart from him "I love you too!" I say. He kisses me again,
"I'm going to help you escape. I'm not going to let him hurt you ever again." He starts to pull me over to the door of the cell.
"Johnny I can't leave you here to take all the wrath of your father!" I try to pull him back from the door. Don't leave him! You can't survive without him out in the real world.
He looks back at me and smiles. "You think I could let you go without me. I'm never going to leave you alone. I will follow you to the ends of the earth girl." I smile at him. I would do anything for him and now I know he will do the same for me.
"How are we going to get out?" I ask him as we make our way up a flight of dark twisty stairs,
"Well, Howard is at the store and no one else is here so we are just going to walk out the back door." He laughs. This is the most exercise I have gotten sense I have been here.
"Johnny I'm tired I'm not going to make it." I tell him. My legs are about to give out from under me. My head feels like its going to explode! I am going to die before I ever get to see the sun again.
"There it is! Come on Voni you can do it we are almost there." As soon as he said that we hurd keys turn in the front door. "shit!" Johnny whispers, "Go in the closet. Hurry go!" I do as he says and he follows me in. Howard's footsteps go right past us and into the other room. Johnny opens the door, looks out and pulls me forward. He starts opening the front door.
"Johnny is that you?" Howard's deep voice asks from the other room. I look at Johnny with a terrified look, he tells me to be quiet and then we walk out of the house. We walk along the porch over to the stairs "JOHNNY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!" Howard yells at the door as soon as he sees what is going on. I look back and Howard is standing dumb founded in the door way.
"RUN!!" Johnny yells at me. He is pulling me to his car. I jump in the passanger side and we drive away.
"What do we do now?" I aske Him as we speed away,
He grabs my hand, "I don't know. We will figure it out as we go." He smiles and kisses me. What are we going to do?
