Everyone had their speciality in Beacon Hills. Werewolf, Were-Coyote, Kitsunie. But you YOU weren't any of those you were a Mermaid. Those things with the tail and fins. Yup that's you. You were born with it and have been dealing with it for 17 years. It only happened in salt water. Fresh water is fine. "Y/N?" Scott yelled. You were day dreaming again. 

"Uh Yea what's up Scott?" You hugged him on the side and kissed his cheek.

"Well babe me and the pack are going to the beach after school do you maybe want to come and hang out with us?" He smiled hopefully. "I mean only if you want you don't have to..." you cut him off by kissing him on the lips.

"I'll be there." You smiled walking away. You turned around to see him smiling uncontrollably. Typical Scott you laughed. After school you went home and got ready for the beach. You packed everything you needed.

•Bathing suit
•Towel
•Money
•Sandles
You checked everything off the list and walked out to your car getting in. You started the engine and drove off to the beach.

When you got there you saw the whole pack staring at you. Scott and Stiles ran up to you. "Hi Y/N!" They both yelled. You just waved grabbing your stuff and taking it out to where everyone was sitting. You set up your stuff next to Lydia.

"Hi Lydia." You waved taking off everything but your bikini.

"Hey Y/N how's it going?" She smiled hugging you tight.

"Great."

"Your getting in the water right." You shook your head. You were VERY insecure about being a mermaid. Nobody else was, so they didn't know how it was to have fins and a tail plus you didn't really like it much.

"I don't think so not today." Scott came running up to you. He looked like one of those cute life guards you always see on duty.

"You ready to get in?" He asked grabbing your hand. You shook your head again.

"She said she not getting in." Lydia crossed her arms.

"What Y/N is t getting in the water but she loves to swim at school!" Liam yelled.

"I just uh I ummm." You ran off back to your car you could hear Scott run after you. You sat on the hood of your car and just sat there thinking about what just happened.

"Y/N sweetheart what just happened?" Scott sat on the hood with you and rubbed your back.

"I uh nobody has ever seen my tail Scott I just don't feel comfortable." You looked down at the ground.

"Y/N YOU are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life and you shouldn't be afraid of your fins I beg you look wonderful with them because let me tell you. You look great in anything." He kissed you cheek just like you did at school earlier. You nodded and walked back to the beach with Scott.

"Scott she alright?" Stiles said waking on the opposite side of you. Scott whispered in his ear and he just made an oh face. You continued walking down to the water.

"Are you going to get in now?" Liam asked.

"Yea she just didn't know if she was ready to show off her fins yet but she's ready now." He took your hand.

"Y/N your hot I promise---."

"Liam you finish that sentence and I will drowned you." Scott stared at him. Liam shut up and you began to laugh. Scott jumped in the water splashing you. The water was cold. You took your time getting into the water.

Once you were waist deep you felt your body begin to transform. And just like that you had your tail and fins.

You felt everyone staring at you. You got closer to Scott and stayed by his side.

"Scott they're ALL staring at me." You said with a worried voice.

"That's because you look gorgeous." He kissed your forehead. You were blessed to have a boyfriend and a pack as great as the ones you had.
