You were the quiet girl in the class, always doing your work and doing what you needed to do. You knew stiles back in 3rd grade but after middle school your thought he forgot about. Wow were you wrong.
-Your pov- You were looking at your phone waiting for your mom to text you back to see if she was going to pick you up. She read it but didn't reply. "Well guess I'm walking." you say under your breath. The bell rings and you get your stuff. Well time to go. You checked the weather it was 99 degrees outside. To pass time to wait till it got a little cooler you were going to go to the lacrosse practice after school. It lasted until 4:30 so it should cool off by then. As you walk out to the bleachers you sit at the very top in the corner beginning your homework. It had been an hour and you were done so you decided to actually watch the practice. There was a kid the number 24 he wasn't the best but he looked kind of cute. As the end of the practice was near and he took off his helmet it was Stiles Stilinski.

You went to third grade with him. He saw you and waved. You waved back smiling. After you noticed it was about 5:30 the practice ran long, and it was starting to get cold outside. You get up and start walking home. It was about a mile and a half away. You walk on the cold sidewalks alone. You were starting to get cold but you didn't have a sweater. You started walking faster. When you saw headlights you looked and it was a blue jeep.

It stopped next to you, and the person inside rolled down their window. It was stiles.
"Hey umm Y/N do you want a ride home?" He smiles at you.
"No I'm fine thanks." You wave your hand at you.
"Y/N please get in the car I'm attempting to be nice here." You hesitate.
"Ok fine." You go to the other side of the jeep and get in. "Thank you."
"Your welcome, where to?"
"5857 branch way." He nods and starts driving. You listen to music the whole time. When you arrive at your house she's still not home. You frown.
"What's wrong?" He ask concerned.
"She's not home."
"Are you afraid to stay by yourself?"
"No I don't have a key my mom doesn't trust me." He nods his head and frowns.
"If you'd like you can stay at my house for a little then I can bring you back, if you want." You scratch the back of your neck. She probably wasn't going to be back at all tonight if she was with her boyfriend.
"No I'll stay and wait." You nod.
"Fine but if she's not home with in an hour you call me, do you have a phone?" You hand your phone to him and he puts his number in. "Call me if you need I don't live far." He smiles and let's you out.
"Thank you stiles." You give a warm smile.
"Your welcome." He leaves and you sit on your porch and wait for your mom. After 45 minutes of waiting in the porch in the cold your phone was starting to die. So you decided to call stiles. You look for his contact then call. It rings again and again until you hear him on the other line.
"Hello?" He sounds somewhat tired.
"Hey stiles its Y/N."
"Oh Y/N what's up are you ok?" He had concern in his voice again.
"Sort of my mom isn't home, and I don't think she's going to be home tonight, I know it's getting late but I have no friends and no money for a hotel--" he cuts you off.
"I'll be there in 5." You smile and click end call. You wait 5 minutes and she shows up in front of your house. He opens the door for you. "Like I said its not a problem." He shrugs his shoulders. When you get to the house there was no other cars it was just you and him. He lets you in.
"Do you want to borrow some shorts and a shirt?" He ask " skinny jeans and a sweater don't seem very comfortable." You nod.
"Yes please." He goes up stairs and brings you down some red gym shorts and a red lacrosse shirt.
"This ok?" You nod. You go and put on the clothes. "They look good on you." He compliments. "So while we wait an hour or two for your mom so we can check in again do you want to watch Star Wars?"
"Yes I love that movie!" You gush.
"Good." He puts in the movie and puts a blanket on the couch. You makes pop corn and sits on the other end of the couch to make you feel better. After the movie you the popcorn was almost gone and we're starting to fall asleep. "Do you want to check if your moms home?" You nod you should before she yells at you for being out. You gather your stuff and walk out to the jeep. You both get in and he tries to start it. It wouldn't start. "Hold on." He gets out with duct tape and hopefully fixes the problem. He tries again no luck.
"You know stiles thank you for everything but I'll just walk home it's ok." You get out of the car getting ready to walk home.
"Wait Y/N." He grabs your hand and spins you around. "Will you stay here with me tonight?" He looks into your eyes.
"Are you sure I mean."
"No really it's fine."
"Ok then." You walk back inside. "So umm do I sleep on the floor?"
"No no I will you can sleep in my bed I'll sleep on the floor." He sets up the floor. And gets ready for bed. You get into his bed and he turns out the lights. It's cold but you don't say anything. Within a few hours of falling asleep he wakes you up. "Y/N are you cold?" You nod still half way sleep. You puts some more blankets on you. "Better?"
"Yea thanks." You start to drift off to sleep not comprehending what your saying. "Hey stiles?"
"Yea Y/N?"
"Will you sleep in the bed please?" You felt him get up.
"Is that what you want?" He ask you. You nod your head. "Ok then." He sleeps on the other side.
"Stiles."
"Yes Y/N?"
"Thank you,for everything."
"Anytime Y/N anytime." He rolls over hugs you and then stays where he is. "Get some rest please." He say wrapping his arms around you. "Good night."
