The duel between Yugi and Joey had been fierce, Wheeler having been manipulated by Mariks Millenium Rod. And while Kaiba watched with some scepticism, he couldn't help but deny that something was off with Wheeler by just how many rare cards he had in his deck alone. Cards that he himself had but only because he could afford to. There had also been the concern over Téa Gardners safety having been bound to a metal chair beneath a crane holding a heavy crate, ready to be dropped at the push of a button. He wasn't as heartless as most made him out to be and didn't feel right in her being left in such a situation but also, the young woman had freed Mokuba from their captors and he didn't like having a debt. Everything had to be timed exactly right and - ever the strategist - he had accomplished just that, taking out the Rare Hunter and the Crane just before the Duel ended, Mariks grip over Wheeler severed. But that didn't mean it was over yet.

"Are you guys okay?" Téa shouted as she knelt down to help both Serenity and Joey out of the water, the former coming out first to then help her brother.

"Let's go, Mokuba." Seto said roughly, turning to walk away from the geek squad now that they were together.

"But what about Evangeline? You promised Yugi you would-"

"I know what I said but she isn't going to be found here." Seto said irritably, folding his arms to which the young raven haired boy blinked in surprise.

"Seto..." He sighed, looking to the ground before he muttered quietly. "I know...that there's something you're not telling me. About Eva and yourself...and I won't tell anyone. But we have to ask!"

Running down the ramp, Seto couldn't help but frown at his brother and watch him as he went. In the helicopter here, Mokuba had told both Yugi and himself how Evangeline tried to help him only to end up captured herself. And while he did his best not to react too obviously to the news, deep down he was angry. At first he was angry at Evangeline for putting herself in that kind of risk but that anger soon pointed towards himself. He should have kept a better eye on both Mokuba and Evangeline.

"Téa? Joey? We need to find Evangeline! Do you remember if you ever saw her at all?" Mokuba urged, Joey grunting a little.

"Eva? Wait - you mean she's been taken too!?" He exclaimed, shaking his head to get rid of the excess water. "Grrr those purple hooded freaks don't know when t'quit!"

"No I don't remember seeing her at all, Mokuba. We need to spread out, look around the Docks maybe? We weren't transported or anything so she must be here!" Téa exclaimed, helping Serenity to her feet as she spoke.

"We should search in teams of two - take each side and-" Joey began only to be interuppted by the billionaire himself who now joined his little brother on the docks.

"This is all very cute of you, Wheeler, but the leader role doesn't suit you." He said snarkily to which Joey only growled, held back then by Tristan. "My systems can track a person down faster than some dog sniffing for clues! You wanted my help so this is it...you dweebs can do what you want. But Mokuba and myself are leaving!"

Turning so to save an arguement, he walked briskly off the docks with his eyes closed and a hand in his pocket. Mokuba watched him quietly before turning back to the group with an apologetic expression on his face.

"This ain't none of yer concern, Kaiba! This is what friends do - we look out for eachother!" Joey called back, grunting a little. "Not that you know what that means! Yeah that's right, keep walking!"

"Mokuba." Yugi began, hooking the Millenium back around his neck and holding it in relief. "Can you send us word if you find anything? Please, I don't want any more of my friends in Mariks grasp."
