We've seen each other every day after that night. Every morning when I came he was waiting for me and every evening when I left he stayed until he couldn't see me anymore.
But he always looked so sad. Too sad.
"What's wrong?" I asked him one day.
"Nothing..."
"Oh, come on. I see that something is bothering you. What's wrong? Is it me? Do you want is to never meet again?" I almost started crying at last word.
"NO!" he lookedshocked. "Well....do you want that?"
"Of course not. So please...tell me what's wrong..."
He was quiet. But on tje inside he was suffering, I knew it.
"Well....I didn't tell you something about me. I'm one of the Alpha's kids and.....my parents died when I was young....so my brother became Alpha....but few days ago....the day we met.....well he died few hours before that...." he couldn't keep it back and he started crying. But my heart broke too. I knew what does it mean, what he was talking about. He had to choose a mate.... a mate from the Light ones....
I wanted to give him courage, even thought my heart fell in little pieces. I stepped to the bord and no matter I should never do that I huged him.
"I'm so sorry Rain....but.....I don't know....try to look positove at that....for example....you can choose a mate now, any mate you want...." I almost cryed.
He looked at me and said:" Actually...not the one I want..."
"Why?"
"Becouse....you...are the one I want...."
