I wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot. I get out of bed and go downstairs to fix the air.
As I was making my way downstairs I hear shuffling. I stop and listen for a minute. Then I hear voices. I notice one.
It was mason and a girls voice. I didn't recognize her voice. I listen some more.
"Mason please baby"the girls voice whines. Wait baby? I hear mason sigh.
"Macy"he warns.
"Baby you love me"she giggles. I gap and listen some more. But it grew silent.
I walk down the rest of the stairs and peep my head into the kitchen. My eyes widened at the site.
Mason was making out with Macy. He actually loved her. Just when i thought he liked me.
He had her pinned up against the wall. I felt tears build up. I should get used to it but I just can't.
I run upstairs and lock my door. I lay on my bed and pick up my phone.
I dial Carters number. He picks up after the second ring.
"Hello?"he says tiredly in the phone.
"Carter I need your help with something"I whisper. I hear him sit up in the bed.
"With what?"
"We have to fake date".
"What"he booms into the phone.
"Its just for revenge. I saw mason making out with another girl"I say shamefully.
I hear him chuckle.
"Oh someone's jealous."
"I'm not"I protest.
"Alright whatever you say Jules. I'll be your fake boyfriend. But do you really think this is the best way?"
I think for a minute. I know its not but its for the best.
"I'm sure"I croak out.
"Okay we'll start tomorrow just let me go back to sleep"he yawns.
"Okay"I mumble ending the call.
I sigh and lay back on the bed. This is going to be a fun. I turn on my side and fall asleep.
