To the happiest week ahead !

Anirudh and Anika touched down back to their native land, Chennai. Aravind was much happier to see his mom, anika back.

And as usual both of them, anirudh and anika were busy with their schedules. Alongside aravind attended his piano classes regularly.

The most awaiting week has finally arrived. A special week for aravind and his family. Yes, it's aravind's birthday week little champ going to turn three in few days.

Anirudh was much excited to celebrate aravind's birthday this year. A deep discuss went between anirudh and his friends, they have finally marked their destination to celebrate aravind's birthday. Anirudh made himself set not to reveal this to anika, either.

Back to anirudh's residence, Anirudh was fiddling with his luggage packing his and anika's clothes, casually. Just on time, anika reached home after a hectic day in shoot, parked her car at the porch.

Anika walked straight to her room, restlessly. She heard songs being played in her room soundly and was sure it must be Anirudh. She opened her room door widely and found anirudh working.

Anika's eyes widened away, seeing a huge suitcase on her bed.

"Ani, where are you going?" Anika asked, panicked.

"Trip to kodaikanal just with my friends. Taking a off from my work, niku." Anirudh said, causally.

"So, Am I coming with you?" Anika asked, surprised.

"No, baby you're not. It's a boys day out." Anirudh said, simply.

"But-But you promised me you'll take me with you wherever you go." Anika said, in a low tone.

"Yes, I did. But that was only if I go overseas for work." Anirudh said, with a smirk on his face.

Anirudh looked at anika with a smile on his face while anika was facing down, remainded silent. She believed that anirudh will take her wherever he goes. Anirudh smiled to himself seeing anika's silence.

He was pretending! He was playing with her.

"I want to come with you ani." Anika said, with a sad tone.

"Baby, next time you me and arav will definitely go for a vacation. I promised my friends a long time back that I'll come for a trip and now I have to join them." Anirudh said, cupped anika's face.

Anika looked deep into anirudh's eyes. Anirudh faked a smile. Immediately, anika hugged anirudh and layed her head on his chest.
Anirudh slowly wrapped his arm around her. His mind muddled with thoughts.

Hurted ? Broken ?

"I'll miss you so much! Without you, there will be no peaceful sleep for me and even I won't be eating properly. Nee yen yenna vittu poora ani." Anika mumbled.

Anirudh let out a big sigh.

"Baby, don't feel down.Just few days and then I'll return back home. Cheer up and go pick up arav from the class." Anirudh said, pecked a kiss on anika's forehead.

Anika faked a smile at Anirudh.

She took her handbag and moved away from Anirudh, leaving to pick up aravind. Anirudh felt bad and odd for lying to anika.

He couldn't take her disappointed face. Suddenly anirudh's phone rang.He pulled out his phone from the table and received it.

"Hello, machan I picked up arav and we're at the icecream bar. So, did you manage to hide the surprise with anika?" Iyappan said, through the phone speaker loudly.
