Chapter 19: Spilled The Beans(You Got Me Now)

ONE MONTH LATER - Lexi's POV

A month has gone by and a lot has happened since. I'm back in L.A. with Taylor and Jade. We bought a penthouse near the beach and it's pretty cool. Although everything seems fine,I'm not completely happy. I found out about the whole saga between Diggy and Jessica. I'm mad at both of them but it's worse with Diggy. He confessed everything to me and he only told me like...three days ago. That crap happened ages ago and that why I'm angry. Right now we're taking a break from each other and we're not on speaking terms. So it is what it is...

Jade's POV

I was chilling with Princeton at his house for the entire day. I really missed him so much. The tour ended last week so the girls and I decided to fly out to L.A. and buy a penthouse. Taylor and I were the only ones excited about this. I feel so bad that Lexi had to go through the whole break-up thing...

Jade: *playing with Prince's afro* I swear I'm gonna cut your hair off.

Prince: *looks at her* And why is that? Your not jealous are you?

Jade: Ummm,no.

Prince: *laughs* Yeah you are! I like your hair too.

Jade : But I like yours better thought.

Prince: If you say so then...

Jade: So...I just got here last week, came to your house and yet we're still laying on the sofa doing nothing? I thought we we're gonna go out or something. Like we always do.

Prince: You're bored already?

Jade: Prince,you know I'm the type of girl that loves having fun and not sitting in one place the whole time.

Prince: Then let's go.

Jade: Right now?

Prince: Yeah,let's go to a club.

Jade: *screams excitedly and kisses him all over his face* Thank you!! Let me go put my heels on real quick

Prince: *chuckles and shakes his head*

Taylor's POV

Tay: *on the phone*...I hope you ain't missing me too much.

Dré: I am dawg. I'm gon' cry my ass off!

Tay: *laughs* Until then snot bubbles come outta yo nose.

Dré: I see you still got jokes. Nah but foreal I really do miss you.

Tay: I miss you too. I'll call you later aight?

Dré: Sure. Bye.

Tay: Bye. *hangs up*

Lexi: *walks in* Who were you on the phone with?

Tay: People. *typing something on her phone*

Lexi: *laughs* I know it's Dréshawn.

Tay: *chuckles* Then why did you ask?

Lexi: Curious I guess. *shrugs*

Tay: Alright. *looks at Lexi* What's wrong?

Lexi: Nothing.

Tay: You miss Nolen huh?

Lexi: Little bit.

Tay: Yeah I'm sure he misses you too. I know he still likes you.

Lexi: *looks at her weirdly*

Tay: What?

Lexi: Nolen and I are friends,and that's all we'll ever be. I told him we're staying that way.

Tay: And he agreed?

Lexi: Yeah.

Tay: Hmmm, I don't believe him.

Lexi: *chuckles* You always say that. *goes to her room*

MEANWHILE AT DIGGY'S CONDO -
Diggy's POV

Quincy: Who's up for some basketball?

Diggy: Y'all go ahead. I'm not feelin' it today.

Spin: What?! Come on Diggy! You ain't never turn down a game of basketball, something's up man.

Quincy: *looks at Spin* I bet it's Lexi.

Spin: *sighs loudly* What happened to you man?! You were never like this! Even before Lexi came in the picture.

Quincy: Yeah, we want the old Diggy to call me back. You know, the one who loved playing basketball and rubbed it in our faces when he won. The one who never cared too much about his girl when he was with his boys having a good ass time. The one who never dwelled on a relationship.

Spin: Yeah. We wanna know where he is bruh.

Diggy: *smirks* *picks up the ball* Hea right here.

Quincy: Haha!!! *daps him* Now that's what I'm talking bout!!! Race you to the court. *runs to the court*

Diggy: *runs after him*
