"No.... Take her away."

The men nodded and muffled her screams, all he did was watch. His thought were interrupted by another soldier, "Hey let's regroup. This was only supposed to be a test city. We need to warn the Primaries about the Noirs sending children!" Arcoiries nodded and followed his lead.

Arcoiries began to let his mind wonder. Did he change that much? What the hell happened to him

(Flashback)

"Brother! I found you," yelled Arcoiries as he ran to his brother at training camp. His brother pushed him off and sighed. "Please call me by my rank number," he replied. "What's wrong with you," said Arcoiries conserened. "I'm taking this shit seriously! Honestly Arcoiries get your head out of the clouds!" He snapped. "I know! I just don't know about this," Arcoiries said sadly.

"Listen Arcoiries, I wanted to join this war not just for Ecset but to finally make those Noirs understand that we are not people who can easily be stepped on," Narañja snapped letting his fist hit the wall. "Brother, I joined just for Ecset. I just want things to go back to normal," Arcoiries sighed. "Back to normal? You think our family will ever be 'back to normal!? Say that when we bury our sister," he glared and Arcoiries was taken back, as he watched his brother walk back to his platoon. Arcoiries clenched his fists. All this was happing all at once. It's seemed as if anger and sadness were fighting for dominance. "Ecset...," He mumbled before turning to walk back to his platoon. "If it's true that we will never go back to normal then what happens now. We have to win. We are just defending ourselves..... yeah that's right. We're the right ones in this war," Arocoiries thought as was handed a gun for the first time.

(End of flashback)

Arcoiries and his troop got back to the camp. They were about to find a Primary when the whistle halted them. They ran to get in line, and saluted.

The lead Primary got to the front everyone and faced them. She was a tall 6'1 muscular women. Pixy cut red hair, sharp red eyes and a small scar under her left eye. Sporting the brightly colored uniform, she brought all of them to attention. Her voice might as well have been a whip cracking. It speared Arcoiries's heart with fear.

"Attention everyone ! I'm Primary Rojo. I will have silence when I speak or you can see if you can still talk with no teeth! We will make those black and white robots pay for what they have done. In one weeks time we take their capital, making them pay for taking our paying land (some cheered) for over pricing new technology (more cheered) and most of all for Lord Colour's daughter Ecset!" She yelled and everyone rose their fists and cheered. A fire lit in Arcoiries, as his fist joined the others, and cheered. He began to change...

A week pasted, Arcoiries did the usual drills, practices, and shooting. Hours upon hours of grueling training. They were going to pack up to march into battle. To take over the capital city, and to avenge Ecset. Arcoiries was walking back from shooting practice when a man stopped him.

"Arcoiries!? What is the son of Lord Calour doing here," one of the elder soldiers asked as he approached Arcoiries. He had a curly white beard, balding hair, yet he had a strong presence, and muscular build. "I wanted to be in the war," Arcoiries replied. "Really!? I never would have guessed. You were always such a gentle child. I'm a friend of your farther, my name is Blanc ," he chuckled. "Well it's a long story," Arcoiries sighed. "I figured. The Draft wouldn't have affected you high schoolers. Only those who wanted to join," he smiled as he and Arcorires sat down on the cold hard ground. They took their guns off their shoulders and removed their packs. They had a few hours to kill before they moved on. Arcoiries took a deep breath and began. "Well, I came back from a trip, and I had to go visit Dad in the capital. Something about it being an emergency. Something devastating. Mom was already there and she was crying. Her eyes were red as if she's been crying for days. They told us what happened. Our sister Ecset... she was murdered." He choked on the last word and clutched his fists. Yet he continued, "Our little sister who we tried to keep safe. Rarely talking about her in fear of her being threatened. The Lord's only chance for biological children. Her face chard black, and her body cut to pieces. This was the final straw and Dad told us we were headed to war with the people who did this. The Noirs," Arcoiries finished and he looked over to see Blanc saddened. "I did hear a rumor that all you boys were infertile. Thought it was poppy-cot. Hard to believe all this is happening. The lord's daughter dies, the Noirs take one of our sacred lands, and they accuse us of kidnapping their princess," Blanc sighed as he stared upward as if trying to decipher the clouds. "I volunteered.... I want revenge," Arcoiries snapped holding the tears back from falling. The other soldiers began preparing for the nights sleep. They attack at dawn. "We aren't the type of people for war. Well should I say, humans aren't the type for war. I didn't think it would ever come to this. Listen, even though your fighting for revenge, don't loose yourself to the chaos. Bet you have a pretty young lady waiting for you to come home," Blanc smiled trying to lighten the mood. Arcoiries sighed and tried to collect his thoughts, "loose myself? Young lady?.....K...Kuroh"
