Candy Shop (Murasakibara Atsushi): Part One

You stared at the short boy from a distance, gawking at him from the counter.

You worked at a candy shop, it had everything. Hershey's, Reeses, Twizzlers, etc.

You were content with your job, it paid good money, and a lot of cute boys came in. Though, there was one that caught you quickly. He was nice, very sweet to you, and always looked fine. Who wouldn't drop for him?

As you stared at him, Momoi pinched the back of your arm. "Ouchie!" You yelled out, a bit too loud. Your face became red, and you scolded the girl with your eyes. "What?" You snapped your voice, which made it snippy.

"Stop staring at him....At some point, you're going to get him overheated and he'll do to you like he does to others. Chew you and take all the flavor, then spit you out." The tall female put her hands on her hips and shook her head. "He is bad news." "Whatever, Satsuki. He can do anything to me....I'm okay with that..." You voice sounded dazed, and clouded with crush. "(F/N)!" Momoi gasped, she readied her hand back, about to smack you extremely hard.

"Excuse me..." The short boy walked up to the counter, his smile up and tugged to his cheekbones.

Your eyes widened and you pushed Momoi away from you immediately. "How may I help you?" You asked, standing up straight while moving your chest out a small portion.

"I was wondering if you could go with me." 
"To an aisle?" You asked, staring at him dumbfounded. He navigated the store just fine by himself, so this caught you off guard.

"No...I mean out." He smirked and Momoi could see the trouble. "No! No she will not!" Momoi stomped out from the back, and grabbed your elbow. "Yes I will! Sorry, she is crazy..Pick me up at five from here tomorrow!" You yelled, while she practically dragged you away.

"What was that!? I told you, I warned you!" Momoi was infuriated.

"Leave me be! I am my own person anyways, so just go the hell away. I will be fine!" You yelled back at her, while pushing her away. "(F/N)...You're so irritating! God, why don't you listen! You-" "Satsuki! Shut. The. Fuck. Up! You're so annoying! All you do is nag me and tell me what to do! I'm not Daiki, okay? So get the fuck away from me and let me live!" Everything came out of your mouth too fast for you to say anything. But you didn't want to make it look like a mistake. So you clenched your jaw, and stared her down.

Momoi on the other hand, was about ready to cry. "(F/N) ....You will never learn, will you..." She took off her apron, and hung it up. "I'm taking the rest of the day off. I guess since I'm such a bother, we don't need to be....Friends..." At this point, she was crying. "Satsuki..." "Yes?" She turned around and stared at the door. "That sounds like a perfect idea."

Momoi ran out of the storage unit and out the front door. Before she left, she stared at the short boy, then at you. Shaking her head, she cried even more.

"What was her problem?" The boy asked with a smirk.

You looked at him and guilt panned out to your emotions; but you shook your head and shrugged your shoulders. "I don't know. But uh, 5:00pm, right?" "Right. See you until then. He winked and gave you an amazingly perfect smile.

You stared intently, your cheeks flushed with blood rising all the way up to your head.  "I...I....Mmmm..." you somewhat moaned while trying to speak. You didn't even realize what you did. "You should save all of those for me...Oh, I'm Taka." "I'm (F/N)..." You replied, hiding your face with candy.

As Taka walked away, he put his hand on the counter and smiled toward you one last time. He officially walked toward the door, his hand gliding off the counter with him. Watching him with dazed thoughts, you stared at his whole self walk out the door.
