A/N: ok so second oneshot! I think (and hope) it's better than the first. I wrote it without this is mind but I was rereading it one day while listening to the song "Cold Water" by Justin Bieber, and Major Lazer and i thought it kinda connected and was cool so I linked it above if anyone wants to listen.

Callie's POV:

I walk into the kitchen and see Stef and Lena sitting at the table talking while drinking coffee. "Hey have you guys seen Brandon?" I ask them casually.

"He went down to the lake." Stef answers without looking up from the newspaper she was reading. "Why love? Do you need him for something?

"No I just wanted to ask him something, it's not important." I answer then start walking back up the stairs. "Actually," I say while turning back around to face them. "Have you noticed anything different about him? He was acting a little strange earlier, like distant"

They think about it for a minute and then Lena responds.

"I'm sure he's fine. He's probably just really stressed with everything going on." Stef doesn't say anything so I nod and go back up the stairs.

I lie down in my bed thinking about everything. I know he's stressed but it seems more than that. My mind is jumbled with thoughts so I go to take my guitar out. Music always helps to clear my thoughts. As I am opening the guitar case, I notice a piece of paper taped inside. I unfold it and start reading it.

Callie,

Hopefully by the time you read this it will be too late to stop me. I'm sorry, I just can't do this anymore. I hope you understand and know this isn't your fault, or anyones. Tell everyone I love them and I'm sorry. And never forget I will always love you.

Every day and every night,

~Brandon

I sat there shocked for a minute then ran downstairs. I run into the kitchen crying and Stef and Lena look at me with concerned looks.

"Callie what's wrong sweetheart?" Lena asked me softly but I don't answer. I try to explain but I can't seem to form the words.

"We- We have to go" I mumble through sobs.

"Where love? What's wrong" Stef asks again while Lena rubs my back trying to calm me down.

"NOW!" I yell while crying. By now my siblings had all come down to see what was happening. I ran outside and go to the car. Stef comes up to me and tries to ask what's wrong again.

"Brandon" is all I manage to say. "Lake now"

Luckily that was enough and Stef got everyone in the car and drove down to the lake as fast as she could. I'm sure she assumed that if I was this worked up something must be wrong. Lena sat in the back next to me, trying to calm me down. I handed her the note and when she read it all the color drained from her face.

"Stef drive faster." She said calmly not trying to alarm anyone.

"Why? What is going on" Stef asked

Lena looked around at the rest of her kids trying to chose her words carefully as to not alarm anyone too much. I couldn't take it anymore.

"HE'S GONNA KILL HIMSELF" I scream starting to cry again. Everyone sat frozen in shock. Suddenly Stef floored it and we were rushing to the lake.

---------------

When we got there everyone jumped out of the car to see Brandon in a boat in the middle of the lake. We all started yelling his name, and though he looked up at us, he ignored all the shouts, just sitting there.
