TRIGGER WARNING: There is a panic attack scene in this chapter.

"So, yeah, that's how I ended up back here," Dinah had just finished explaining her story to her family in Santa Ana with her friends by her side.

The girls had gotten to California about four hours earlier, and Dinah's mother, Milika, picked them up from the airport. Dinah had reached out to her and explained everything a few days in advance. It had been a tough day for Dinah so far; once she arrived at her old house, she was met with a few unfamiliar faces, who happened to be her siblings. Dinah knew one of them, the little girl, Regina, who was only one or two when Dinah died. The other sibling, however, was Seth, who was born right after Dinah died. Seth was now eight and Regina was ten.

The hardest thing for Dinah was the confusion on the kids' faces when her mom said, "Reggie, Seth, this is your big sister, Dinah." The blank expression on their faces shattered Dinah's heart into a thousand pieces, but she was going to try and make up for her absence as best as she could. She spent a couple hours trying to explain her situation to her family, and it was hard for everyone grasp the subject at first, but after a while, they understood.

"So you can walk through walls?!" Regina shouted after Dinah finished explaining her life as a ghost. Dinah's mother had already explained how she was able to come back to earth as a ghost to her family the previous day, so there was less confusion than when Camila told her family.

"Sure can!" Dinah smiled proudly, she had recently developed the skill to walk through walls, despite her difficulty to earlier in the week.

"What about her?" Regina pointed to Camila.

Lauren's stomach dropped. As of the night before, she had found out that Camila wasn't her soulmate because she could still walk through walls, which meant she was still a ghost. She was a bit devastated at first, but then she accepted the fact. Though the two weren't soulmates, they were still a perfect match, and nothing could ruin that for Lauren.

"Duh," Dinah rolled her eyes, "she's a ghost, too, you dingus." The group laughed at Dinah's easy conversation with the young girl though they barely knew each other.

"Prove it!" The younger girl probed and narrowed her eyes, prompting the two ghosts to look at each other and shrug.

"Okay, on three, Mila and I will run through this wall," Dinah started, "one, two... three!" The two girls made a run for the wall.

Lauren was looking down at her phone at that moment, but all the sudden, she heard a loud thud.

"Owwww, fuu-dge," Camila cried in pain, but ultimately censored herself in the presence of young children.

Seconds later, everyone rushed to Camila.

"Wallz, what happened?" Dinah appeared through the wall.

"I- I don't know, I'm usually so good at walking through walls," Camila frowned.

"Okay... what's going on?" Dinah directed the question to the others, "Mila never misses a wall."

The group looked around to each other, but nobody knew the answer. Everyone just shrugged at each other, and a few mumbled 'I don't know's' and were audible.

Normani piped in after internally debating whether she should say something, or let Lauren do the honors, "I think Lauren can explain this one."

Lauren was still standing next to Camila with her jaw dropped, still in disbelief. The others had no Idea what this meant to Lauren, not even Camila.

"Camz... You-you're..." Lauren stuttered, disoriented.

"Mani, you're gonna need to explain, she can't get a word in edgewise," Ally chuckled, finally catching on to why Camila was once again a human having gone through the same thing earlier in the year.
