"A-a fox!?" My mom half shouted in suprise
My dad fainted
"Yes mom,a fox"
"But can you trust him i mean you know ho-"
I sighed
"Please mom just....just talk to him and get to know him like you did with gideon befor you judge him"
She sighed heavily.........but noded
"Nick,rin you can come out" i shouted
They both peeked out their hiding places with worryed expressions
"Rin?" My mom questioned
Nick and rin walked up to the porch looking abit scared
"Uh...sorry if my presence is causing you any trouble ma'am"
My mom shook her head
"No its fine,you being a fox just came as..as a suprise"
"Oh right my names nick,u-uh pleaser to meet you"
My mom chuckled abit
"No need to be so formal nick"
My mom changed her gaze to rin
"One of your freinds judy?" My mom asked
I chuckled nervously
"N-no...uh shes...shes our adopted daughter"
My mom froze for a second
"Adopted daughter?"
"Yip" nick awnsered
"I-im....rin" rin said quietly
My mom smiled
"W-well this was unexpected"
We all laughed slightly
"so nick uh what do you do for a living?"
"Oh im judys partner at the ZPD"
"A police officer,wait a minute aren't you the one that judy gave the badge to at the academy?"
Nick noded
"Yip"
We stood there in awkward silents for awhile befor judy said something
"Uh so mom,can we come in"
We where about to step in when nicks phone began to ring
He wipped out his phone and awnsered it
"Hello?"
Nicks eyes suddenly widened as he droped his phone
"Nick what happened?" I asked worryed
"Clawhauser...hes been shot"
