when rachel and sebastian had returned to the loft and told santana about shelby wanting to come santana went mental she may have blamed thw pregnancy hormomes but she would have acted the same they all knew that.
TWO DAYS LATER
rachel had instisted on working at the dinner until she is due the baby she and sebastian have the same shifts which helps they have just finished their first shift when shelby messaged rafhsl to say she was on the trian and would see them tomorrow.
" oh god maybe her coming wasnt such a good idea" rachel saod as sebastian outnhis arm around her as they walked to the subway.
" look if she is a problem we will boit her out of the loft"seb said
"thats your plan is it to bppoot my mother "rachel said laughing after all shelby had been a bitch to sebastian in louisiana.
they arrived back at the loft they had settled in surprisingly well and kurt and blaine were lovely as they walked in rachel could tell by the expression on santana that shelby had messaged her as well.
" why did you allow her to come" santana snapped
" tana" hunter said
" no i dont gst it she hates sebastian why would rach want her to come" santana said to hunter
" she says she has something for us now given we lost most of what little possessions we had and we are both pregnant i thought if for the first time in her life she actaully wnts to help i thought let her"rachel said.
"well im not talking to her" santana snapped
" look knock it off santana im pregnant too i might not be as far long as you but you cant get away with the hormone crap with me" rachel said
" im sorry"santana said hugging rachel
"i know"rachel said hugging her back.
"shall we go jake use of the bath tub"sebastian said taking rachels hand and leading her to the bathroom it was a good size bathroom it was alittle run down but it had a bath a shower and toliet and a sink it all worked.
sebastian set the water running before turning to rachel they kissed and stripped each other as the tub filled up.they got in thw tub sebastian behind her as she laid over him he proceeded to wash her with a shower puff then she turned the best she could and washed him. after they finished they got dried and headed for bed they had eaten at the diner during their break so they didnt need to bother making anything to eat.
they headed through tomtheir bedroom and rachel was mortified to hear santana and hunter having sex.
"we could out do them" sebastian chuckled as they pulled the sheets over their head to block out the noise.
THE NEXT MORNING
rachel woke up to the lovely smell of bacon and eggs sebastian wasnt in bed so she got up ans walked to the kitchen to find seb hunter blaine kurt all sat at the table and santan complete with apron cooking breakfast.
"morning rach"santana said
"morning"rachrl said looking at her sister then at hunter who shrugged then at sebastian who seemed as shocked as her by the sudeen change.
the food was delicious theynad all finished and werw in theor rooms getting dressed when there was knock on the door. blaine went and opened it to reveal shelby who looked really well she walked in.
" hello"- she said then she looked at rachel and began to cry
" im so aorry rach sebastian im so sorry" shelby said hugging rachel
okay" rachel saod alittle confused by her attention
" i owe you all an apology i was so blind i thought because i couldnt get a good man that you girls wouldnt either"shelby said
"you want something to eat"santana asked her
"no thank you but i wouldnt mind a drink of water" shelby said hunter got it for her.
" right i know you never thoughtnyou would see me again im trying to stay sober and i have like a said on the phone i have something i want to give you girls" shelby said
" what is it" santana asked
" well i sold the house in ohio im living at a rehab centre im getting help but im alsomworking as a music therapist so i sold the house. when i saw the flooding i was scared shitless that you could have bern hurt but then i thought of your children and their future so here"shelby said handing both rachel and santana an package.
"woah"santana said
"sixty thousand dollars a piece i thought you could out a deposit on a house" shwlby said radhel was speechless.
" whats the catch" santana asked
" there is no catch santana i am finally thinking clearly i have left you girls down you have had an awful livecbecause of me and i know in some respects it to lwte to make it up to you both but i figurd if i could make the lives of your children getter then i would done something right with my life"shelby said
"thank you"rachel said
"you dont need to thank me"shelby said
"and youbdont yave to havecme in your life if you dont want i understand ypu dont like me funny thing is tgat us something wevhave in common i dont like me either"shelby said.
