I had been so lonely these past couple of days.
Renee had been approved by the company to book a vacation to Costa Rica for charity work. And to make things worse, all Seth and Roman cared about was spending time together.
Roman still didn't know that I knew about them, and I felt kinda weird about it. I realized that it was time for Seth and I to tell him. I took my phone out and dialed Seth's number. He answered immediately.
"How goes it Ambrose?"
"Um...I'm just gonna come right out and say it."
"Please do cause I'm kinda busy," he said impatiently.
I could hear a voice in the background calling him.
"Just a minute Ro, stop it babe!" Seth laughed on the other side of the phone.
"Seth...I recommend stepping out of the room for a second...because what I'm about to say is probably something Roman shouldn't hear right now."
"Oh...okay hold on," Seth said seriously.
Even though he took the phone away from his ear I could still hear him telling Roman he would be right back before closing the door behind him.
"Okay I'm outside, I'm listening."
"We need to come clean to Roman. You know, about me knowing about the two of you. I miss my bros...and hanging out like old times. The only person I have besides you both is Renee, and even she's not here. Hell, she's in a different country right now. Please Seth...go through with this for me. There shouldn't be any secrets between us."
"Ok fine...let's do it," he said after taking a huge exhale.
"Really? That was that easy?" I said excited to finally get the band back together.
"Can you focus? Where and when?" he whispered annoyed.
"Um, I was thinking over at catering? 7:00?"
"Okay...sounds good. I'll let him know. Talk to you later."
Before he hung up, I could hear Roman complaining.
"Okay I'm hanging up! Jeez, relax."

I made my way over to catering, took a seat, and pulled out my phone to make sure Seth and Roman were on their way.About two minutes later I finally saw them. Seth was leading Roman and assuring him how much he'd love the "surprise".
When Roman and Seth had gotten close enough Roman made eye contact with me. He immediately turned to Seth for answers.
"What is he doing here? What's going on?"
I felt hurt that he wasn't happy to see me anymore. He always used to be. It amazed me how much a bond so strong could change in so little time.
"Roman, we have something to tell you," Seth said gripping Roman's arm gingerly.
Roman turned back to me, and I decided now it was my turn to speak up.
"Roman...about what's been going on these past couple of months...I know...and am supportive one hundred percent."
"What are you talking about?" He uttered nervously.
"I...I know about you and Seth."
Roman looked like he had just seen a ghost before responding panicky.
"How'd you find out, look Dean we really didn't want-"
"Roman, Roman relax! Seth accidentally spilled the beans the night you wouldn't answer your phone. You really had him worried sick."
"No kidding," Seth added.
"Really Seth? Well I should've expected it." Roman said, shaking his head.
"Hey, I couldn't help it! It just came out!" Seth vocalized offended.
"Guys! Did you not realize what I just said? Look, I'm here for the both of you, no matter what."
I said stepping closer to put my arms around both of them.
"I know things have been distant lately, but now I think I know the reason why. It was because you didn't know that I knew. But now that you do, let's say we double date sometime...or I even third wheel every now and then?"
Roman smiled at me after I finished my exchange of words.
"Deal," he and Seth spoke simultaneously, earning glances from each other before leaning in front of me to share a kiss.
"Aw, come on guys! Right in front of me?!"
I pronounced irritably, releasing them and walking ahead, still making sure they followed behind.
"Save me Renee," I mumbled under my breath.
