Alright readers, this is where we will be branching off into an actual story.

HyoRin's P.O.V

"Ready to open for the night?" I asked my friends as I leaned against the desk in the foyer part of our establishment.

We had opened this place on impulse and desperation for the money we would make. We had all moved to Korea on impulse, once again, after we had finished schooling. We could barely afford the apartment we all lived in, not to mention to send the younger members of our friend group to college.

"As we'll ever be.." Caila shrugged as she answered me, flipping on the luminescent sign that indicated, in hangul, that we were open.

I migrated to behind the desk and she leaned against it as we looked out at the night, becoming startled by the sound of the small, blue bell, we had put on the door tinking, signaling our first customer. We looked at eachother before I quickly stood up and we both bowed.

"Annyeonghaseyo!" We greated formally in Korean as I sat down amd surveyed the man as he smiled at me.

He had to be about 40 or so, he had black hair that was combed neatly, his teeth were straight and pearly white. He was slim, lean, and by what he wore, wealthy. I started feeling a little self conscious in his presence as he smiled at me. I offered him another sweet smile and watched as he browsed the glass cases that held all our stores' pasterie choices. His eyes gazed over every sweet before picking a few that I bagged for him and sent him away with a satisfied look in his eyes.

I was happy we had sold our first pastries, I turned my smiling face to look at Caila who was smiling as well. Everyone was pretty excited to open this place and I see why.
