DARE #1 SLEEP EARLY"Early to bed, Early to rise makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise"
-Benjamin Franklin.Do you remember the above poem, which we learnt in small days?
Atleast Do you know that SLEEPING EARLY is a well appreciated sunnah to follow?
A GOOD SLEEP is what you need for a GOOD START.
So my dear sisters if you know its a sunnah, then why aren't we following it?
You can give me thousands of reasons but we should understand we are the ones losing a beautiful day when we dont sleep early or have a Good Sleep.
"SLEEPING EARLY" is the first DARE.
How do you find this 'DARE'?
Easy? Or Very Easy? or Very very Easy?
Yeah! it sounds easy but not in reality!
In REALITY its very hard, when we are used to late night chats with our friends and late night reading in wattpad. (Actually usage of phones or any gadgets which emits light at night is very dangerous that causes cancerous cells or make your body less immune for cancerous cells- you will be deprived by natural vaccine of cancer if you let light enter your eyes at night- scientifically proven, its explained in detail in the next update)We all know that sleep is important. But have you ever wondered what the Spiritual Significance of Sleep is.
Also, how do you balance between sleeping hours for your body to rest and giving up some sleep for the purpose of worship.
Find out from this #DARE1 and learn the Spiritual Solutions to sleep and wake up early.
Also COPY Sleep Dua "Sheet" in a paper and place it next to your bed so you can practice daily before sleeping and learn the duas.
Sleeping Dua Sheets are available in my other the book "In Zikr Of Almighty Allah"
Check out that book to get the Remembrances (Supplication-Duas) said before sleeping and after waking.
(*You will find more supplications said at different situations related to the DARES in this book. In Shaa Allah.)NOW!!!
Do tell me at what time you sleep?
(BE HONEST)Ask yourself whether you are sleeping early?
Mostly wattpadians spend MOST of their night-time in reading BOOKS and sleep late (Commonly in the case of unmarried wattpadians).
To be honest we all had went through this phase. Didn't we?Do You like that routine of sleeping late and waking up late?
Do you feel its not a healthy habit?
So when are you going to come out of this routine? Any idea of changing the daily routine?
Come on its not Difficult! Yes you can change this habit! Have Positive thinking.
In Shaa Allah, you can change it slowly. Dont think its hard my dear.
Trust me, I'm talking with my own experience and Im here to help my sisters with the help of Almighty Allah.Usually the new wattpadians get so obsessed and find hard to balance the life with other activities.
Dont worry my dear sisters, we can balance it when we adjust our sleeping time! In Shaa Allah with the help of Almighty Allah.Have A GOOD SLEEP for a GOOD START!

●Abu Barzah al-Aslami (radhi allahu anhu) said that the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) used to prefer to delay Isha, and he did not like to sleep before it or talk after it." [Saheeh al-Bukharee]
●Abdullah Bin Mas'ud (may Allah be upon him) said:
"Allah's Messenger forbade us from staying awake after the Late-Evening Prayer."
●It was narrated from Sakhr Al-Ghamidi that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"O Allah, bless my nation in their early mornings (i.e., what they do early in the morning)." (Hasan)He said: "When he sent out a raiding party or an army, he would send them at the beginning of the day." He said: (1) "Sakhr was a man engaged in trade, and he used to send his goods out at the beginning of the day, and his wealth grew and increased."English reference : Vol. 3, Book 12, Hadith 2236
