In the name of Allah the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful.

Peace and Blessings of Almighty Allah(ﷻ), be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his blessed descendants and his noble companions.

السلام عليكم ورحمةالله وبركاته○

My dear lovely sisters,

Alhamdulillah we have been working on DARE#1 since last week but still we need more progress for a healthy daily routine. In Shaa Allah lets keep on progressing it, while performing the DARE#2 simultaneously.
In Shaa Allah!

If you are willing to continue DARE#1,
You can start your "Daily Record" of sleeping early and waking up early for week -2 👉 here!
(You can leave an inline comment beside this paragraph to see your progress in this second week for DARE#1)

Eg:
Inline comment: 'DARE#1 -2nd Week'

Daily records :

Slept - 12:04 a.m
Woke up - 4:04 a.m

Now lets go for DARE#2 !

As soon as you wake up! what is the very first sunnah which comes to your mind?

Come on! Give a guess!

Yes, you are right if its the sunnah of cleaning your mouth using siwak!

"Whenever the Exalted Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) would wake up from his sleep, he would use the Miswak."

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Page 54, Hadith 57]

"Make use of Miswak necessarily because it cleans your mouth and pleases Allah."

[Musnad Imam Ahmad, Vol. 2, Page 438, Hadith 5869]

'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said,

"Never woke from sleeping at any time of the day or night without cleaning his teeth with a Miswak before performing ablution."

To perform Miswak after sleeping when one awakes is a Sunnah. Whilst asleep the bad odours from the stomach comes towards the mouth which is why the mouth smells. With the blessings of this Sunnah the mouth will be cleansed.

Now tell me whether you have used Miswak/ Siwak already?

How you feel when you use it?

Subhaan Allah the pleasure you get when you use miswak is undescribable, when you know that you are PLEASING Almighty Allah by that act of using siwak to clean your mouth is the greatest motivation to keep you doing that!

Subhaan Allah!

The Beloved Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) states,
"Miswak is a thing that pleases the Merciful Lord."

[Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Page 637, Hadith 1933]

So it is obvious that one will reap endless bounties when the Lord Almighty is pleased.

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (Radi Allahu Anhu) has narrated the following saying of the Holy Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam),

"Miswak is a means of the purification of your mouths and the pleasure of your Rabb."
