19 - It 's Like A Different Lifetime

Chanyeol POV

Darkness illuminating the room, I got up and left the room leaving Sehun sleeping by himself. I went to the kitchen and filled a glass with water.

Baekhyun came to my mind as always. The hurt in his eyes honestly made my heart torn. I placed the glass in the sink and went back to bed.

Baekhyun POV

I lay there, looking at the ceiling. I feel like it's my daily routine now every night ever since Chanyeol left this house all to myself. Tomorrow, our company had sent out an invitation for our annual celebration. Lots of other SM idols would be coming.

Taeyon too.

I usually stuck by Chanyeol's side throughout the party and would take a couple sip of champaign before going home. But that was then when we were together, now he's with Sehun. Things are different now.

The bedroom door creaks opened and I sighed. "Yoongi-ah?" I said. "Bingo." he chuckled and climbed in the bed and back hugged me. I turned around facing him, taking in all his features and his new coloured hair.

"You still look the same after 3 years." I told him as my eyes darts down to his lips. "Well you have. You look more handsome than ever." he said. I grinned and made a duck-faced at him.

"Isn't it weird how we actually were engaged once? The life we actually had before all this happened, it feels like it's from a different lifetime from now. Now here we are, you a rapper for your own band, me a main vocalist for mine. Amazing things happened since then. As well as terrible things." he nod his head at my words.

"You sound just like your age, old." he snickered. I glared at him and push him off the bed, as he yelled 'Ya!'. I shrugged, "You did this to yourself." I poked my tongue out at him and he grumbled words of profanities.

"You know, I found someone else. He reminds me of you with his square box smile. But he could never be you. He isn't you.But he makes me happy." he smiled as if he could pictured this person who captured his heart.
"What's the lucky fellow's name who captured a stone-cold prince's heart?" I joked and he shoved me playfully.

"Well his name is Kim Taehyung. He is a member of my group. He's very cute and funny." he blushed as he talks. "Awh Min Yoon Gi you're in love!" I gushed and I laughed as his pale skin grows redder by seconds.

"What about you? How's things with Chanyeol-sshi?" He asked I shrugged. "He got new boyfriend. Oh Sehun." I said flatly and sighed. "I can introduce you to some other people?" he suggests and waggled his eyebrows at me as I laughed and pushed his face away.

"But honestly though, if he's hurting you just let him go. It's his loss." he spoke seriously. "Yeah I guess so. Who wouldn't regret leaving this." I gestured to my face and he rolled his eyes.

"Go to sleep." he ordered. "Yah! I'm older than you! Call me hyung." I told him and he shook his head. "You act like a 5 years old. The moment of you acting like your age long passed." he said and turned the light off.

"Whatever Min Yoon Gi. People like me the way I am." I mumbled and he replied with a chuckled and I went to close my eyes as he left the room.
