Its just so fascinating, and there's always going to be new stuff to learn. New advancements, theories proved wrong. (ex: Dalton's theory, alot od what he said about the atom was proved wrong)
Trial and error, really. And thats so interesting.
Also i dont think ive had a boring science teacher. They're all so amazing, and have all inspired my love of science. All of the science teachers ive had are crazy in some way. (Especially my chem teacher dear god she is like a mad scientist)
Science is just fun to me.
