Chapter 19

// I'm so sorry that I have kept you all waiting for this chapter! I was so stupid to even let this story go down. I saved it from going down once, I intend on keeping it going until it ends, just for you guys! Anyways, to the story! OH! I laugh as I watch Zoey, Belle, and Zeus all play together. Zeus was tough on Zoey, but played soft with Belle. I think he sensed that something bad had happened to her and didn't want to scare her off. Zeus is really a sweetheart. Oh, Abby decided to name her dog Zoey. She said she has always wanted a pet named Zoey. I guess today was her lucky day.
But enough talking about dogs. I felt a presence behind me, and turned around only to come face to face with Ashton.

With wide eyes and a shocked face, I hesitantly stepped back a little. I don't even know if he even liked that kiss that happened today... what if he didn't like the timing? What if-

" So I was thinking..." I hear Ashton say slowly. I look at him as if saying ' Go on...'.

" Well... Do you wanna maybe go on a date, like with me?" He asks nervously, his hands fiddling with themselves. I giggle. Yes I f*cking giggled. Ugh. I couldn't help it, he was so nervous it was... cute? I don't know.

" I mean I totally understand if you don't want to, Abby and Chase could come with us if you like them to it's your choice and you have a say in it and everything but I don't want to pressu-" I shut his rambling up by saying yes. Ashton instantly smiles widely, nodding quickly.

" Okay.... Alright. I'll just go tell them right now. Bye Faith, see you tonight!" Ashton says happily, walking towards Abby's direction. Date with Ashton? Hell yeah.
***Abby's POV***

I shiver with disgust as Chase stuck a string up his nose, then pulled it out of his mouth. My face scrunched up.

" You are so disgusting." I say, pushing him away. Chase laughs, putting his arm around my waist, making my face go bright red. Me and Chase STILL aren't dating and I'm kind of getting tired of waiting. He says he likes me, he OBVIOUSLY knows I like him. Why isn't he asking me out? Maybe he has regrets? Maybe he doesn't actually like me and is just hanging around with me to fool me... Chase tucked a loose strand of hair behind my ear.

" What'cha thinking about?" Chase asks curiously, bring me a little closer than before I shrug, slurping on my smoothie. Should I tell him?

" Do you really like me or do you just feel bad for me?" Chase stared at me for a second, then started laughing.

" Is that even a question? Of course I like you." Chase states, looking at me as if I needed help. I sigh, looking out of the window of the house.

" I know... it's just I feel like you think of me as a sister... not a um... girlfriend. " I blurted it out quickly, hiding my face from embarrassment. Chase chuckled, lifting my chin up so I could see him. He had concern in his eyes.

" Are you catching a flew Abs? Maybe we need a doc. DOC!!! I think Abs is turning human!" Chase yelled, making me punch him in the arm.

" Don't do that." I hissed, swiping the back of his head again. He chuckles nervously.  We both look up as we hear a person clear his throat. It was Ashton.

" Hey guys. I asked Faith on a date, and I kinda told her you guys would be there soooo...." I groan, plopping down on the floor. I'm so tired I can barely move. Chase smiled amused.

" Yeah we'll come. See ya there Ash." Chase waved as Ashton walked away to speak with Ricky about pack matters. Chase picked me up as I groaned, not trying to get up.

" Common Abby. Lets just go to your room and take a nap if your so tired. " I nodded my head immediately. I slept so much better when Chase was with me. We've been ONLY sleeping together these past few weeks; I told him it helped me sleep better.

As soon as we got to the bed, I passed out, too tired to say any more words. Chase laid next to me, playing with my hair as I slowly fell asleep. In my last few minutes of being a little awake, I felt Chases arms wrap around my waist as he kissed my head. With that, darkness consumed me whole.
