NOW! I am debating between something Which is my hair Because the ends of my hair, are dyed pink, but It all FADED away.. like all of it. So I either need to, Cut it off, re-dye it, or dye it a different color, and I don't want to re dye it, because it'll fade away again, so I want to cut my hair to my shoulders and part it like permanently, and dye that BLUE, yes blue (my mother thinks I'm crazy) but I also REALLY wanna dye it like this..

BUT!!! If I do that.. it'll most likely fade away, REALLY quickly, but, getting my hair done professionally, costs WAY more money than doing it myself. But if I do it myself, I'd screw it up,
