Kenny stands there in shock trying to figure out who just got shot

Nicole:( breathing hard) Kenny! Help me

Kenny: Where did you get that gun?

Nicole: I've always felt like something like this would happen so I hid it in Peyton room so he wouldn't find out I had it for protection

Kenny: Ok good let's get your things and get out of here

KNicole: Help me with the body please

Kenny: Ok what you want me to do?

Nicole: Drag his ass to the basement

Kenny: Ok then what ?

Nicole: We leave and then call the cops at your house

As I wait for Ken and Nicole come home I walk around with Peyton in my arms thinking what it's going to be like with my son if it's anything like this it's going to me amazing.

Kenny and Nicole walk in

Toni: Hey is everything ok ?

Kenny: Yea everything is fine I need to talk to you about something

Toni: Ok let me help Nicole get settled with Peyton and I will be upstairs in a few

Kenny: Ok

Toni help Nicole get settled in

Toni: Kenny what's going on why are the police outside

Kenny: Nicole killed Keri

Toni: Omg what?

Kenny: Yea he was waiting on her when she came back

Toni: Is she ok ?

Nicole: Yea, I'm sorry for interrupting but the cops want to talk to you Kenny

Kenny: Ok I will be down in a few

Toni: Well all that matters is you and the baby are ok and Ken was there when it happened

Nicole:He is a life saver indeed,well good night

Toni: Good Night

After Kenny talk to the police neither will be charged after looking at his record and history of domestic violence against her they decided it was in self defense.

Next Morning

As Toni and Kenny get ready for work Nicole is in the kitchen feeding Peyton

Kenny: Good Morning ( pouring a cup of coffee)

Nicole: Good Morning , I would love a cup of coffee

Kenny: Ok coming right up,did the doctor say you can have caffeine?

Nicole: She said a cup a day won't hurt
