The words I heard she said
Did cut my heart down deep
Those words of fruitless searching
Like forgetful elder's sleep
She searched for me
She tried to find me
I didn't know till now
That little girl who sought me out
Her words my heart's demise
I never thought that little girl
Would steal my heart at once
"He must be here"
"He has to be"
Her adamant words repeat
These brought a tear
They made me see
My heart's latest defeat
I cannot say how one so small
And so unknown could have
The power to withdraw me so
And be a soothing salve
The power of a little girl
The faith of one so small
In all the whole entire world
Never did one stand so tall
Don't mess with her or make her cry
For your heart will burn
Don't miss out on her precious life
For those moments never return
