Chapter 5 ~The Ask~

Bree's POV

I Was sitting there eating my ice cream and Jayden said, ~J" Hey Bree, would you like to go to the carnival Friday." ~B" *blushes* Sure." ~J" Thanks for going." ~B"No Thank you for inviting me."

Jayden's POV

I can't believe that she would go with me , if she wants, she can bring her friend Gilly. I don't really care, all I care about is her going with me.

~B" Hey guys I have to get to volleyball practice, see ya." ~G" Alright, have fun." ~J" See ya at school." I said with expression. I then went home to go to bed for school the next day.

Bree's POV

I went home after volleyball, and I took a shower and flopped on the bed. I was really tired from volleyball that day, we ran tons of laps on the track.

~B" Hey Gilly, what's up." ~G" Nothing, just thinking about your crush." ~B" I don't like him like that, he is just a friend." ~G" Suuuurrreeee." ~B" He is, at least I hope." ~G" Then why would he invite you to the carnival." ~B" Because he likes......" ~G" *smiles*." ~B" *shocked* I think Jayden likes me." ~G" Maybe." ~B" I can't be forward and I don't think I like him that way." ~G" I don't know, but can we talk about this later." ~B" Sure." I then walked to class smiling and then I saw Jayden sitting, saving me a seat right beside him." ~J" Hey Bree, how are you doing." ~B" I'm doing fine, and Xander how are you." ~X" Fine, just bummed, that I have baseball practice after school." ~B" *laughs* Same here." ~J" Did you have a good time at volleyball last night." ~B" Yeah it was sooooo boring." ~J" Wow." ~B" I know right wow." ~J" You excited for the carnival Friday." ~B".....Yeah...." ~J" You ok?" ~B" Yea, just haven't been to a carnival in awhile." ~J" You'll be fine, I will be there and Gilly if you want." ~B" Ok I will invite Gilly at home on FaceTime."

Gilly's POV

I was home and I heard my phone ring and Bree was calling me.
~B" Hey Gilly"
~G" Hey, you ok"
~B" Yeah, do you want to go to the carnival with me and Jayden."
~G" Didn't he ask you not me."
~B" Yea, but he said you could go to."
~G" No I'm not how about I go but I won't go with you, I will go with Xander."
~B" Alright, you could keep an eye on us."
~G" Alright I have to go."
~B" Alright thanks."
~G" No problem."
