Chapter 6: The New Pet(s)?

DJ's PoV
I walked up the creaky old stairs, then sighed. The past few days had been crazy.

For starters: my sister almost died, my other sister learned that they we're assasins, and now there's a dragon staring at me through my window. "wait WHAT?!" I yelled. but the figure was gone.

Rose's PoV
I ran has fast as I could. I heard screams. My parents!. I thought hard and angrily. I leaped up onto a rooftop, and jumped from roof to roof.
There they were! And "SHE" had my parents!
I stopped. She was holding a knife to my mothers throat, and a gun to my fathers head.
     "Too slow Rosie" she said, and then: BOOM-SLICE.

I shook myself  awake, then stood up, but then sat down in agonizing pain.                                                DJ ran up the stairs and front flipped at the end.
     "you ok?" he said putting a hand on my shoulder. "Luna! come here please." he yelled.
     "Ok one sec!" she yelled back.
     "No right now!" he returned.
     "fine!" she stomped upstairs.
"What!" She yelled.                                                                                                                                                                  "We need your healing powers, NOW!"

"What for!?" She said still angry. 

"Rose!" DJ yelled.

Oh My gosh Rose are you OK?!" Luna screamed.

"Yes I'm fine, but my legs! I can't even stand!" I replied holding my knees.

"But you know what will happen if you use your powers again Luna,"DJ stated worriedly.

"Yeah that could happen, but I would risk anything for my sister!" Luna said with a slight tear sparkling in the early sun's fiery glare. Luna closed her eyes and lifted her shaking hands. "No Luna you can't-!" But it was to late, Luna collapsed to the ground like a bird struck by lightning.

"Luna!" DJ yelled. He ran over and picked her up. "Are you OK?!"

She slowly moved her head and looked at DJ. She screamed and ran out of the room.

"Whats up with her?" I asked DJ.

"I dunno, let's go after her."

DJ's POV

We ran after Luna and spotted her run into the middle of the road. Just then a tall figure with long blonde hair jumped out and grabbed Luna. she screamed but the figure covered her mouth.

"My God!" Rose screamed. 

We swung our backpacks off of our shoulders and pulled out our assassin clothes. we quickly changed and sprinted of into the forest. What we didn't know was that something was following us.

We came to the entrance of a tall structure when we heard a footstep and a rustle come from the forest. 

"Is someone following us?" I asked. Then we heard a growl, a growl that could send shivers down the boldest, bravest  knights spines.

Then two dragons barreled out of the shadows, one red with a black stripe down its back, the other purple with a black stripe. 

"Oh my god!" Rose screamed. The dragons tumbled out of the shadows jaws open wide. but the two clumsy dragons bashed there heads together and collapsed to the ground.

I laughed and Rose did too. the dragons seemed to be laughing too. The dragons approached me and my sister and nudged us with there snouts.

I jumped up onto the dragon and he  made a soft grumbling sound. 

"OK firestorm, lets go." 

Rose: wait, do i get to name a dragon?

Director: Yez in the next chapter, oh and about those swords, the government denied.

DJ: Dang

Director: Oh but i got them anyways.

Rose: Yes!

Luna: Uh oh.
