Chapter Seven~ Suprise, Suprise

Alice's P.O.V

I grabbed my car keys and rushed down the stairs and out into my garage to take off down the street to get Kate then off to school. It's Decemeber now and I haven't talked to Harry or any of the others since early September.. We kept in touch for a little while but then it slowly began to detiorate and eventually stopped. Kate still talks to Liam weekly but now he has a girlriend named Sophia Smith. From what I've learned from Kate is that Sophia is the sister of Liam's bestfriends girfriend. Kate gets the whole thing because well obviously she lives in England and can see him all the time. Of course she still wishes things went further between them because you can't lie if you say you've never had a crush on him before so it hurt but she's dealing you could say..

As for Harry he's been single up to this month where Hendell(Kendall and Harry) pictures and rumors have been swirling around and she'll be coming to NY to see him for SNL or whatever.. Liam told Kate this yesterday.. Yeah I had a crush but I'm glad it never went anywhere because I would've broken my promise to myself. If anything had happened it would've ended soon after cause I can't do distance. But I've meet somone at my community college name Josh Wilde, We've been going out some but just as friends..

I came back to reality which I noticed I passed Kate's house so I drove back and honked my horn. Out came kate and her long blonde hair in a fishtail. She's wearing some yoga pants and a uni tee on. She ran out to the car and jumped in.

"For us living in south california it sure gets chilly.."Kate said pulling out her hoodie from her backpack. I took of doqn the road again and n no tme we reached the community college. I grabbed my backpack from the back seat and caught up with Kate.

"Mr. Tanner said he had exciting news for us today... I wonder what it is.." Kate said to me.

"Well with Mr.Tanner who knows what's exciting news for us is.. I leaf falling off a branch is exciting to him..." I chuckled.

Mr. Tanner is my first period I have him for only an hour, He's my preforming arts teacher.. Kate and I are both into the preforming arts genre. I would like to be an actress one day or a model but who knows.. Kate prefers to be an actress.

Kate and I sat down in the third row and chatted until Mr. Tanner came in all bright eyed and cheery.. It's way to early for that..

" As I previously said I have great and exciting news for all of you today... Drum Roll please..." He said to Rick David. On que David did the drum roll. when he stopped we looked at Mr. Tanner again."Our preforming arts class is taking a week trip to New York City in two days! It's an all paid for.. I know its last minute in all but the head chairmen just accepted it! I'll need to know who's going to go so please come and sign by your name if so"

I sat there wide eyed. This is really to sudden. How will I have time to pack in two days? He knows thic class involves girls right? People stood up to go sign their names. "Come on Alice this is an oppurtunity of a life time!" Kate elbowed me.

"Kate he didn't even say why we were going!?" I said standing up. "Mr. Tanner, you never said why were going?" I laughed.

"Oh yes I was so excited I left out the most important part! Everyone hush and listen, Were all going to New York to visit two important colleges. NYU and Juliard. Since most of you are at this community college is because the first two years don't matter for what your majoring in. Well it matters! You're all majoring in Preforming Arts right?" He asked the class. A round of yes's came throughout. "Well why not go to a college that is known for? This is an oppurtunity of a life time! I suggest you attack it!!" Mr Tanner said throwing his hands in the air.

"Told you!!!" Kate said sticking her tounge out at me. I waved her off and we went and signed our names.
