It's ok for men to cry just not in front of other men

I know I know, we should all just let everyone know what were feeling but.... I have never seen my dad cry. I mean I know he should look strong in front of me, but it would make me feel like he's still human. not like he isn't human. I just wish that we all could freely express our feelings but instead we bottle them up. just remember not to bottle them up too long or else it could explode inwardly.
