You ride a constant roller coaster that so many never had
The twist and turns became so routine,
You have never really seen it as badThe roller coaster you're on,
Is open to only you
The roller coaster keeps you,
from seeing things that are newWhen you tell people about the roller coaster,
they can never really understand,
It's not that they have never seen a roller coaster at Coney Island,
or have never felt the beach's warm sand,It's that the roller coaster is actually your mind
and your worries and thoughts
are what's being trapped,
Your eyes are then the glass,
And your Mind is the opening actPeople listen in awe
when you speak about the roller coaster like that,
They are mesmerized by how adventurous it all sounds
and feel you're being a bratThey see your worries as in vain,
But all you can feel is the pain,
they cause you.You are told to be thankful for this roller coaster,
because without it you couldn't write poems like these,
But you never really see,
How searching for your mental peace,
Can be some kind of emotional release. You continue to ride this ride,
But for now you have to realize,
That its not all as crazy as it seems. We all have things we fight with,
And if a roller coaster of a mind is the worst of all for me,
I'll learn to take the back seat
And bring my worries to their knees.
