Chapter 2

As we found a parking space in the mall's parking lot Tein turned to me and said

"Zoe come on it's going to be fun so turn that frown upside down. That's it" she said as I started smiling. What can I say her happiness is contagious and throw in a shopping spree there is nothing to be sad about.

We got of the car and locked it Tein grabbed my hand and pulled me into a bouquet where she started to throw clothes at me squealing " these are so cute! You have to try these on. Go go go you lazy bum."

I turned and made a bee line for a changing stall. I dumped then clothes on the bench provided and wiggled out my clothes I choose a purple dress first to try on.

"What's taking you so long?" I heard from behind the door I sighed and rolled my eyes. Making sure the dress was in place a stepped out of the room.

"Nice" Tein said " I wish I had a body like yours, I mean that ass tho!"

I started to giggle "l mean, my body is ok guess" I replied.

"Ok? Tein shrieked? "Girl if you knew how guys check out your ass when you pass by or how they drool over your boobs. Z I would kill for a body like that"

I gasped a slapped Tein "T stop it. So ok I like this one."

We shopped till around 1 in the afternoon till my stomach started growling reminding me that I haven't ate since morning.

"Tein I need food" I grumbled

"Ok fine let go put our bags in the car them get something to eat ok?"
I nodded.

After getting some food in me Tein decided to drag me to a spa.

"I don't wanna" I whined

"But u have to Z you are too tense you need to loosen up. Come on I promise it's worth it"

I sighed. I gave in a followed her knowing I would lose if I challenged her.

We both got full body massage and seaweed masks. She also signed me up for a full make over.

Tein is so bossy. She told them what shape to pluck my eyebrows the tints to use in the highlights for my hair and how to cut and style it. She kept pinching me whenever I tried to take a peek at myself while they worked on my makeup.

"Not yet" she said.

"Ugh my skin looks like I have been stung by bees." I said rubbing my arm.

"If you had waited like I asked that wouldn't have happened" I pouted at her.

When the technician was finished with me Tein started to smile. " I knew you clean up good" she said to me as I turned around.

I gasped. Is that - no I can't be, but she had my eyes.

"Wow" was the only thing I could say.

"I know right"

"But I look so different"

"I always knew but you kept hiding your beauty"

"Well no more because I like what I see and I would like to continue seeing it".

She let out a small laugh and stroke my hair, my beautiful curled hair.

"Zoe, I like the new you please don't let her go"

I got up and gave her a hug.

"I won't" I whispered.

"OK come on this touchy feely crap is going to make me cry and ruin my makeup and we can't have that"
