Lost In Time

I'm walking thru the streets,
And searching thru the crowds.
Here in a time that is so distant gone.
What am I looking for?
I dont even know.
I'm just wandering thru this place
And hoping that it shows.

I'm searching for something
Lost in time.
Something hidden in these memories of mine.
I dont know what but I'll know in time.
I've gotta find it,
Or I'll loose my mind.

I see so many faces
But not the one I want.
Hey,tell me can you help me find what I'm looking for?
I've gotta find it soon.
My time is running low,
And the longer that I take the further away it goes.

I'm searching for something,
lost in time.
Something hidden in these memories of mine
I don't know what but I'll know in time.
I've gotta find it I'm running out of time.

I hate this feeling.
This feeling of being trapped
Of grasping for a hand that won't be grasping back.
But I reach out anyway.
I think I'm getting near
But then it gets snatched away.
And I back at the start again.
