Harry wouldn't look at Aaliyah still as he suddenly started working on her cut again. But this time, he added more pressure on it, causing her to hiss.
"I think it's all cleaned up now, don't you think?" Harry asked, but it seemed more as if he was just talking aloud when he ignored her anyway.
"Harry-"
"Yeah, I agree. I think so, too," Harry pulled the cold, wet cloth away from the wound, and quickly dabbed it with the side that was dry. He then grabbed a band-aid from his pocket, which left Aaliyah more confused than ever as to how it magically appeared, or if it was already there to begin with, but then why would he have it in the first place? Did he know she'd fall, and he'd have to bring her back? He placed it on her injury before turning around, and starting to walk away from her.
"W-wait," she called after him, attempting to get off of the counter, but the bendige of her knee made her wince from the sudden sting that ran up through her entire left upper leg. "Harry!" But he didn't come. Again, he was gone. Or so she thought. As she slowly walked, due to her knee, she went through where they came from before.
"Where could you have gon-"
"I think we should get you home now," Harry's deep voice suddenly said from behind her. Aaliyah jumped slightly, and gasped loudly at his surprising appearance.
"I-I do too."
There wasn't another word spoken before Harry abruptly picked Aaliyah up bridal style, taking her breath away for a second from sudden realization that she was no longer on the ground, but in his strong arms, before she was taken away from this abandoned house, and out to hear the blaring music from afar. Although Aaliyah had so many questions flying around in her head, she asked nothing. She said nothing. And neither did Harry.

"Here you are," Harry said lowly, as he placed Aaliyah down in front of her house. Again, she questioned herself of how he knew where she lived, but it didn't seem as strange to her as other things he knew. Because, he says he lives near, and also he probably saw her leave her house since the party was just across her lawn.
"Thank you," she spoke, turning around to face him, but he was already gone. She didn't understand how, or why he did that. But instead of trying to jump to conclusions, along with standing out in the cold, she decided it'd be best to go inside to relax. Also, to try to let her injury heal some, as well.
When Aaliyah walked in her house, she expected her mother to be on the couch as usual, but she wasn't. Strange, she thought. She walked down into her kitchen, calling for her mom but got no answer. She noticed a note on the counter. Picking it up, she read:
Dear Aaliyah,
I had to go to the hospital because they called me in unexpectedly. I am sorry if I am not back when you are, but I will be back soon after. Don't worry, call if you need me. Love you!
Love always,
Mom
Her mother used to work at the local hospital when they first moved, but stopped after being diagnosed with serve depression seeing many deaths and such, and it bringing back memories of her lover, and Aaliyah's father. But now times are tough, and so she called back up to work back up again, knowing Aaliyah's now old enough to be alone sometimes while she worked. Aaliyah almost was an adult. She'd be seventeen in a few months, February 10th.
