Epilogue: last

As we all knew, a loud bang was heard.

We all thought that this is gonna be the end of this unbelievable story of these two ordinary people..well not for Min Yoongi since he is not ordinary. Swaeg.

And now, a cheerful Jiae in her glamorous cocktail dress jumping along the hill, barefooted.

Jumping and laughing not minding the dirt under her feet full of autumn leaves.

Some of her long wavy hazelnut colored hair hugged the ground as she purposely fell on the ground and lie on his lap.

"You look like an idiot jumping while barefooted." He said.

"Shut up. Anyway, do you know what day is today?" She said with a wondering look.

"I don't know. What is it then? I don't reckon that you remember everything that happened on this day, do you?" He said.

"Ya, Yoongi! This is the day when all things made sense to me. The day when I remembered everything." Jiae said while her eyebrows furrowed.

"And?" He said while smiling in a mocking way.

He then purposely scratch his shoulder until it showed a wound.

"And the day you gained THAT wound for saving me from getting shot." She said and look at the side to avoid his gaze.

Yoongi looked at her, and lean in.

He saw Jiae cloed her eyes so he closed his eyes and feel the warmth of their kiss, and the sincerity of it.

Yoongi stopped kissing Jiae and comfortably smiling at her sight.

"You know, Jiae! Don't feel guilty about this wound. But please, don't forget this. Even if you hurt me, I would still risk my life for you. Haven't I mention that there are thousand bullets you need to shoot me before I get killed and I was shot twice so that means only 998 bullets left to get me killed. I caught the shot instead of you because I don't want you to die" He snorted while Jiae just smiling with an embarrassed look on her face.

But Jiae deep inside really felt guilty about it.

"Well any man who would take a bullet to protect his girl can definitely assure that he will be loved by that girl forever. But seriously Yoongi, I'm sorry. I, Yoo Jiae, is really sorry for almost marrying Wonwoo. And I would definitely sue Min Yoongi if ever he let me feel guilty about his wound on his shoulder again."

"Okay. Promise. I don't want to go to jail especially if I have a wife left behind."

"Wait, I'm not your wife! Because our wedding was not proper and it was arranged."

"That's why I brought you to this place. The place we had our first date. The place where we enjoyed the day. The place where we watched the sunset together. The place where I confessed and the place where you left me devastated." Yoongi said in a very sincere way.

Jiae sat straight and stare at him.

"Seriously, Jiae. I really love you. I, Min Yoongi, admits that he really loves Jiae more than his life. And I would definitely sue her if ever she says No to me." Jiae continue to stare at him.

She can't talk. All she managed to do was to nod.

Yoongi smiled because of her expression painted on her face.

He slowly intertwined his hands at Jiae's.

"Your hand lacked something." He said and picked something from his pocket. "A little jewel can make your hands look more stunning...There!" He said then slip the ring in her finger.
