The boys finally came. As soon as I opened the front door, Will came up to me and hugged me
followed by Lucas and Dustin. Yep, I think they are going to talk about it like I'm the girl

that just dealt with a really bad breakup. smh. 

"Thanks guys.." I said hugging Will tighter.

"We're really sorry, Mike" Will said accepting my hug.

We all let go. I smiled at them
"So, uh, you want to play dungeons and dragons?" I said awkwardly 
"Hell Yeah!" Dustin exclaimed.

We have been playing dungeons and dragons for 5 hours straight, don't get me wrong, it was
a really fun d&d session! actually the best game we'd had! But my body feels a bit numb and 

my hands were cold. 
"Hey guys, I'm numb. can we go outside to have some fresh air. after we can come back." 

I said dropping my d&d book of worlds & monsters. 

"Yeah, Mike's right. My butt is kind of numb." Dustin said as he got up
"Your butt is always numb." Lucas chuckled as he too got up
"Shut up!" Dustin's voice cracked

"Make me dumbass!" Lucas mocked mimicking Dustin's voice breaking as he ran upstairs

followed by a screaming "You son of a bitch" Dustin behind him.

pfft. Those 2- they were like brothers. they are so open about anything. they also

fight like siblings too. But, then there's me and Will, we're the more gentle and quiet 

siblings. 

"You, okay?" Will asked as he got up and stood in front of me 
"Yeah, I guess..." I said quietly as I put my head down. Thinking about Eleven. 
"You don't have to cover up mike, I know the news. Lucas told me." Will said gently. 

"Right, thanks." I smiled looking up at him
"Let's go!" Will laughed patting my back. and him running upstairs. 

I wish there were more of Will Byers in this world. The world could really use some of
that kindness and gentleness.

I got outside & it was sunny.
Lucas, Dustin and Will were in a circle doing this some kind of rock game-

so I decided to join.

"What is the purpose of this game, anyways?" I chuckled as I pushed in the circle

"It's meant to do this paranormal shit." Dustin said 

"Does it work?" I asked 

"Well, Lucas here thinks it does." Dustin laughed punching Lucas gently on the arms.
"No, I don't idiot!" Lucas retorted.

"Guys, stop." Will said-

But, then I heard a voice...calling...my name??

"Mike? Please..." It was a girl's voice...it sounded familiar 

"Did you guys hear that?" I asked 
I got a 'No' answer from 3 of them.

"Mike...help!" It was EL!! She sounded like she was crying

"El? El!!" I shouted as I ran into the woods, Leaving my friends behind.

"Hey Mike!!" Will shouted

"Mike, please! Before it comes!!" El sobbed

"El!! Where are you!!" I panicked going deeper in the woods, as I followed her voice.

I was focusing on her voice, not my friends. So, their voices sounded distorted.

"Follow my voice mike!!" I heard El panick

"I'm coming!!" I shouted following her voice.

Then all of a sudden, Eleven screamed.

"Mike, Hurry!! Now!!" El screamed. I saw a hand poking out of the bark of the tree in front 
of me.

"El! Elven, I got you!!" I shouted as I ran towards her hands and grabbed her hands.

I couldn't do this alone. Something was tugging her aswell.

"Mike, it's tugging!! please don't let go!!" El cried

"Guys!! I need help!!" I cried shouting to my friends

"MIKE!!" Dustin shouted as he grabbed me

"WHo's that?" Lucas asked
"It's el, it's el!!" I cried. I was trying hard to pull her out but my hands were shaking and

slippery. I'm not loosing her, not again.

"Hold on mike, I'm pulling!" Will said as he grabbed onto Lucas' waist and tugged.

Using all our strength we finally got Eleven out. 
Eleven landed on top of me and she hugged me tightly, sobbing onto my shoulders.
As I saw the bark closing.
"You're safe now..." I whispered as I tried to sound strong. But I wasn't. 

This moment made me weak. I was crying so much. My lover, my baby, my life. She

came to me. I found her. Now she's in my arms.
"Thank you, Mike..." El sobbed 

I hugged her tighter, telling her that she's not alone, she's safe. Then Dustin, came into

the hug, followed by Lucas. After the hugs and "I miss you" comments, El noticed WIll

standing there awkwardly.
"Will....Byers?" She asked as she got up.
Will gulped. Probably freaked out how she knew his name.

Eleven walked towards him and grabbed his hands.
"I'm glad you're okay and safe now..." El said
 I got a weird feeling...like jealousy. wait? what? no no, Will would never steal a girl

that he knows I like..love..

"Do you want to come back, home?" I said interrupting the conversation as I went between them.
