we all walked in silent.
my hands intertwined with eleven's. i looked down, and looked up to see her smiling.
she was a mess right now. 

her hair was all tangled..long but not too long.
her face was a bit dirty
scratches were around her neck and legs.
her lips had a cut.

but she was a beautiful mess.

we finally got out of the woods and arrived back in town.
everyone was looking at us. i held her hand tighter signalling to her that she was okay.

"it's okay, el.." I whispered
she gave a big breath out..

we were coming closer to my street until i saw my sister with jonathan.
"hey..isn't that eleven?" i heard her say 
"hey! nancy, jonathan!" I waved letting go of el's hand. 

but she was still getting over the shock, so she gave a gasp and hid behind me.
"el, it's fine..you've met them.." i reminded her as I held her hand.
"hey el..remember me? nancy?" Nancy said as she came closer to us holding her hands

"pretty.." el whispered

Nancy blushed.
"No, not really. but thanks" she smiled 
~"so, you guys going home?" jonathan asked 

"yeah.." dustin said.

I looked at El. but she was looking at another thing...not a thing..a person..
a boy.

she was smiling. 

the boy had blonde hair
blue eyes which could blind you.

he was waving at eleven too, and she waved back.

"El?" I said
She turned around.
"Yeah?" she said 
"Do you want to go now?" I asked 
"Sure" she smiled.

We started to walk, then she turned her head back to say 'bye' to the boy.
"Who's that?" She asked 
"Uh..a new kid..in my class" I said trying to sound casual
"Oh, okay." She blushed
"Why did you ask?" I asked 

"I just wanted to know.." She said as she pulled her hand away from mine.

this is weird. 
eleven would never..
i'm just  so triggered right now.
