Rosalie's POV
The ship sailed lazily through the fog. My little sister Elizabeth and I stood at the prow, her singing a song of pirates. I tried to get her to stop, father didn't like it when we spoke of pirates. That couldn't stop the late night meetings to share stories though. We were both fascinated by pirates, though I was less eager to show it. I always felt like I had to be perfect for father. Especially since Lizzie was always getting into trouble.
Elizabeth continued to sing, and I quietly hummed beside her. Suddenly, Mr. Gibbs grabbed Lizzie on the shoulder, taking both of us by surprise. " You wouldn't want to be doin that lassie. Cursed pirates sail these waters. You wouldn't want to bring them down on us now do ya?" Mr. Gibbs said.
Before either of us could respond, James cut in. "That'll be all, Mr. Gibbs."James walked up to us and started talking, but I wasn't paying much attention. I was busily staring into the fog... Was something out there?
I heard Lizzie give a frightened gasp, and turned to see our father interrupt James. I simply sighed and walked further down the deck, I didn't need to hear another one of Father's lectures.
I looked out onto the water and Lizzie soon joined me. "What did you do now?" I asked. Lizzie stared at me in disbelief. "Why do you always assume it's me?" She said. "Because it always is." I said with a smirk. Suddenly she gasped. "Look! Over there! There's a boy in the water!"
James shouted orders to the crew and they brought in the boy. Father said that he would be in our charge. Lizzie pulled a stray hair out if the boy's face and he suddenly shot up gasping, causing us both to jump.
"Sh. Shhhh, it's alright. It's okay." I said. "My name is Rosalie Swann and this is my sister Elizabeth. What's your name?" "Will Turner." He said. "It's alright Will, we're watching over you." Lizzie said.
While Lizzie was with Will, I walked back to the brow. I had taken a medallion from Will, though he didn't notice. I studied it. It looks like a pirate medallion, I thought. I looked up, and saw a menacing ship sailing away. I gasped, and then I woke up.
