Recap: I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? A deal between Yin and Yang? Tsk, tsk. This will never do, will it Jackson?" Tessa circles around us like a lion on the prowl.
Jackson shook his head 'no'. "No it won't, Tessa. What ever shall we do?" Jackson smirks slightly, obviously trying not to look so smug.
"I don't know, Jackson, I don't know. Perhaps we should torture them until they break. But I suppose that is too harsh, even for them."
"Oh, I have an idea," Jackson pauses smugly, "We can lock them together in a room alone and see how they like it."
"Hmm, I think you're right Jackson. We should..." Tessa's voice trails off as she eyes me and then she smiles.
She beckons with her pointer finger for us to stand up. I had been so sucked into their conversation that I hadn't realized that I had been pulled down onto the floor by Ajax. "Up." She demands sternly.
"And what if we don't?" I raise an eyebrow at Tessa and Jackson, who is standing behind her.
"We kick you out of the house." Jackson smacks his lips together and flips his hair again.
"Fine." I breathe quietly.
I get up slowly and Ajax follows suit. I didn't want to get kicked out of the house. "Follow us."
As told, we follow the pair of siblings down the hall and stop abruptly at a door. Tessa holds the door open and points into it. "Get in."
Feebly, Ajax and I shuffle inside just as the door slams on us. I sigh softly as I hear the sound of jingling keys and the click of the lock. "Well, what are we going to do now?" Ajax grunts.
"We wait." I answer simply.
A few minutes pass and I look at my clock wondering when we would be let out because if I were to try to cut the tension in this room, it could be done by the bluntest of knives. I hear a rustling sound from the other side of the door and I quickly rush towards the door in hopes that we would be let out. I tug softly at the doorknob but it still doesn't open. Instead, a paper is slipped under the door crack and I slowly bend down to pick it up.Dear Ajax and Alice,
Remember us? Tessa and Jackson? If you do, we hope you're having a good time together because we're not letting you guys out for another our. Sorry but we had to. Anyway, Alice, remember that talk we had together? Never trust Ajax. And I mean never, in every single case that exists on Earth. And Ajax? Remember that slap I gave you yesterday, I think? You try anything on Alice one more time and you'll get another one. Got it? Well, have a good time guys! Bye!
Best regards,
Tessa & JacksonBest regards my a**.
