"I'll go easy on you Nico, but I'll let you learn not to anger me." Jason was taking this way too seriously for a sword fight with an 'amateur'.

Jason shot lightning as I dodged.

I didn't even have my sword out yet and other campers noticed.

"Oh my gods! He hasn't even got his sword out! Stupid minor gods son!" Melissa shouted while her group laughed.

She had just been claimed by Aphrodite and thought she knew everything, luckily today was her last day with the unclaimed cabin.

I twisted my skull ring, my Stygian iron sword made the room glow eerily.

I put my hands on the ground and an army of skeletons rose up, alarming campers and Jason.

The shadows darkened around me as Jason tried to frantically hit me with lightning.

I would just shadow travel out the way.

Just make an impression, then they will know.

I managed to get all the shadows around me, guarding me from any of the blows, like a shield.

I shadow travelled behind Jason, where I knocked him over and held my sword at his throat, the undead holding him down.

"Do I win?" I asked, surprising I wasn't fainting from exhaustion.

"H-how?" Jason barely whispered.

"Did I surprise you?" I leant on my sword, on the outside, I looked like it hadn't affected me at all, on the inside, I was shaking.

I turned my sword into a ring and left the arena with a lot of shell shocked campers staring at me, unable to move nor speak.

Just the impression I wanted to make.
