"Watch out!" someone yelled and then someone tackled me. I almost suffered a heart attack. Yet, that wasn't the scariest part. It was the column that fell where I was standing. It left a pillar sized crater.
I stare at the pillar, then at Kin. "Y-you saved me." I stuttered. Kin saved me. The one I love saved me. Everyone gasped. Kin then crawled away while blushing.
"Uhh... Ummm..." he couldn't think. "Umm, soooo. How about we all go back to school..." It sounded more like a statement than a question.
"No school for the rest of the day, enjoy your safety thanks to this young lad." the history teacher announced. "Especially you, Anaki."
I feel my cheeks get hotter. I'm blushing. "Y-yea."
I sit with my best friend, Kate, on the bus. It was silent until she broke the silence. "Are you OK?"
"I-I'm fine..." I said casually, but obviously a little shooken up.
"I want you to confess when we get back."
"W-what?"
"Just do it (Unintentional joke there). You saw his face when he tackled you. He couldn't even talk, he loves you. Just confess."
"I-I'll try..."
