Travis Braden and I have been good friends forever. We live on the same lake so we ride the same bus. Sometimes we sat by each other mainly when he actually rode the bus.
There are many memories of Travis and I on the bus rides home. Like when our crazy bus driver wouldn’t slow down on the bumps. She would speed up and we would almost hit our heads to the ceiling. Or when we would sit next to each other and talk and listening to my iPod. Once he was eating a banana then he almost ate the ear phone, we just laughed our heads off. In sixth grade I had a little crush on him and I had a friend of mine ask him if he felt the same way about me. Travis said that he didn’t, I was crushed, but at least it didn’t harm our friendship.
Travis is different from other guys even though he is popular, and he actually notices me. Man, doesn’t he look hot right now as he’s walking towards me. Woah! Did I just have a flashback as he was walking towards me? I think that I did. I wonder what he wants? What he has to talk about? Jeez, I am so nervous, what should I do, what should I say? I’ll just act casual, just smile, and say hey.
