Sometimes it all comes in one go,
sometimes it doesn't move at all.
Sometimes it moves quicker than you can get a hold of,
and before you know it, you've got lost with the tide.
Be careful of the current,
it can take you by surprise.
Don't grab hold to anyone else,
for you can damage them too.
But the river can move quicker than you will ever know,
quicker than you will ever expect it to move.
The river flows quicker now than ever planned.
It suffocates and it can you take you to places you never thought you would end up.
The way the river works,
Is that it never tells.
The river will make sure you end up where you should be.
Where you deserve.
For all eternity,
The river will exist.
The river lives within us all.
